  Went here with my wife’s car after wanting a car wash for a few weeks. The wash was super quick and not very thorough and it unfortunately did scuff our paint on the car pretty bad and left a nasty gash down the side. I probably won’t go again due to the damage to the paint.

  Hopped on the bandwagon, and got a free month’s worth of car washes. However, the “unlimited” plan is not worth $40. Your car doesn’t even get a scrub down before sending it through the wash, and they send in cars one right after the other. The staff aren’t very personable either. The location itself is nice, but it doesn’t function nearly as well as a regular car wash should.

  Less then 1 star. On Aug 30 I went to this “car wash”. The scratch factory put 6-7 scratches on my truck. Through the paint, caused $6700 in damage. After me calling and call for about 2 weeks and getting the run around, the “new site coordinator” stated Tommy’s is not responsible. Also I had mud or dirt blasted up The hood and on the windshield. My truck was dirtier after the “wash” then before

  Grand opening, free car washes. Broke my mirror. Getting the runaround for almost 3 weeks. Avoid Tommy's, find a touchless carwash. I was worried about the brushes scratching up my paint so I called them up and they assured me that it wouldn't scratch the paint so I went early in the morning. The rotating brushes on both sides threw my driver and passenger side mirrors forward with force. I park out by the vacuums to put them back into place since I know they have springs in them and wasn't too worried. The driver side mirror was fine. The passenger side mirror is now broken and loose with zero spring tension holding its position. Tommy's took my information down and said I would get a call. I waited almost 2 weeks for this call. Nothing. I took an estimate to Tommy's after those 2 weeks and was told by the Manager that Tommy's authorized the repairs and that he would call the repair shop, we'd schedule something, and he would meet me down there. Nothing yet. He said he would call the repair shop the moment it opened, he didn't. Now it's been almost 3 weeks. I called yesterday and he blamed internet problems for why he didn't make a simple phone call, the phones obviously still worked. I call today and he said his regional manager would be there tomorrow at 7am to take care of it despite the manager himself giving having authorized other repairs at this shop(I was told by the repair shop). Today, after 3 weeks, they finally authorized the repair on my vehicle. Only took some tooth-pulling to get it done. Dealing with Tommy's Express Car Wash has been exhausting. Seek another carwash that's either touchless or has a wand that you can do it yourself so you can avoid damage to your vehicle, and avoid the absolute headache that I'm currently having to deal with.

  Didn't clean the vehicle very well was streaks and still dirty also when I got the receipt about maybe 10minutes the points I get from the receipt where stolen from my fetch app... said someone already used the points so it must of been the person using the register.... that isn't right at all and I'm very disappointed in this business
