We got the message that the rental was ready for pickup, but when we got there they didn't have the Pacifica readily to go. They still needed to get it cleaned. He offered us a truck, a sante fe, and allowed me to check the sante fe for space even though it was really only a 25 minute wait. But he gave me options and I greatly appreciated it! Ultimately we NEEDED the Pacifica so I decided to wait. And he gave me a reduced rate for the inconvenience. He was courteous and respectful the entire time and was clearly invested in helping a customer.
