- AAAlexMay 25, 20265.0I wish I got the young man's name who was working today. He was very helpful. We got the message that the rental was ready for pickup, but when we got there they didn't have the Pacifica readily to go. They still needed to get it cleaned. He offered us a truck, a sante fe, and allowed me to check the sante fe for space even though it was really only a 25 minute wait. But he gave me options and I greatly appreciated it! Ultimately we NEEDED the Pacifica so I decided to wait. And he gave me a reduced rate for the inconvenience. He was courteous and respectful the entire time and was clearly invested in helping a customer.

The reason for not giving 5 stars - The only downside was that, even with a credit card, I still had to put down a $500 deposit in addition to the rental cost since I didn’t have a plane ticket and this was an airport location. Another issue was when I called to extend the rental, I had difficulty understanding the customer service representatives and was even hung up on. However, that was not the location’s fault, but rather the company’s customer service.

I then made two more reservations for pickup on Monday since that is when they told me they would have more vehicles. Both of those reservations were canceled without explanation and now when I call this location I cannot get through to anyone working at the counter and their mailbox is full so I’m unable to leave a voicemail.
