The two younger gentlemen I spoke with—both on the phone prior and the day of pickup—were incredibly helpful, patient, and took their time to answer all of my questions. That level of customer service really stood out. The car itself was excellent—clean, reliable, and the panoramic sunroof made our long drive south even more enjoyable. After experiencing issues and less-than-friendly service at other nearby rental locations (especially at MBS), this was such a refreshing experience. I will absolutely be renting from Alamo again. Highly recommend!
