- ASAlan Schumann4 days ago5.0I brought in my 24 year old vehicle for struts and shocks. After the inspection they recommendated some legitimate additional work. I agreed. The front struts were replaced with no problem. However, the condition of the rear of the vehicle could not support the additional work. They were very honest showing me the problem areas and worked with me to cut my losses. They were extraordinarily honest, and cooperative with my decisions, moreso than any repair shop I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center Fort Gratiot, MI for kind honest and exceptional service.
- JCJennie Campbell6 days ago1.0I made an appointment online and raced to be there on time as I did not want to be late just to have Jordan say Oh You didn't get my message I called you. Saying he left a message saying they can't fit me in today. He said that he had seven cars ahead of me. Why would you make appointments for all of these vehicles at the same time or why would you accept additional vehicles to be repaired when you have an appointment at 4:00 for a vehicle that was made over 24 hours ago? He had no good explanation. Maybe it was because I just needed an oil change and the other cars had more expensive jobs that they needed done? Either way HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! * Chant be back!

I knew there was a problem but they were able to fix it with proper parts on the fly. Shane walked me through a detailed description of what was wrong and why it cost extra past the alignment cost. Overall they saved me time and money, but most importantly. They got it right.
