Shane picked up the phone a few minutes before closing and told me to come in anyway. A few minutes after arriving he fixed the issue and I was on my way!

Jimmy from Tuffy - Absolute Gem of a lifesaver. The craziest story incoming.. My mothers car had broken down in the states so I had offered to go and rescue her only that rescuer plan did not turn out how it was suppose to be. On our way home my car had gotten a flat tire.. so there were now 2 of our family cars broken down and we don't even live in Michigan, we’re from Ontario so when our tow truck driver came to drop my car off at a tire place, we had no idea Discount Tire was closed on sundays so now my car is stranded in a random parking lot with no way to get it fixed. THANKFULLY Tuffy was opened, we had went there and explained our situation and from there Jim took everything in his hands and started figuring out a plan to help us out, when we have never been there and wasn’t even able to get the car to him. He came with his jack, jacked us up and got us back to the centre to finish the job. $306+tax for 2 tires and balancing? I’ll take that price for the service that we got any day. Jim thank you so much for everything that you did for us. You literally saved us that day

An amazing experience with Tuffy Tire in Fort Gratiot! They found the issue with my car and got it all good to go within 20-30 minutes. Excellent, friendly customer service, informed me on how to take care of the issue down the road, and sent me on my way. I will be recommending this place to everybody!

I was very pleased with the manager and the mechanic, they show real respect for their customers, had an appointment got me in before the appointment, I took my wife's Nissan because it was making a squealing sound in the brakes. The mechanic took it for a ride. Heard the noise. Him and his manager looked at my car thoroughly. Took it for another ride, there was no sound in the brakes anymore, my wife was very happy with the outcome, I would recommend tuffy to all my friends.
