  My husband took my car to get washed yesterday. Prior to entering there was no visible damage to my windshield. During the wash my husband noticed a crack forming. Immediately after exiting he notified an employee. The employee reviewed video footage and agreed the car was clear of damage upon entering the wash. He stated this three times. He took down our information and said his superior would contact us. We called a bit later to get an update. We talked to a second employee at this time. He stated that they looked at the video again and saw three chips prior to entry so they would be taking no further action. They refused to let us see the footage. We asked for contact information for a superior and were denied that as well. I called cooperate and was told because it is a franchise there is nothing they can do. They did give me an email for the manager. I emailed the manager with no response. I called the fort Gratiot location again requesting to speak to a manager and was denied. The young man working said the manager would contact me the next day. I called back at 5:30 pm today because we still have not been contacted by management. This is extremely disappointing. My husband and I have both had carwash memberships. As loyal customers of over a year I would have expected better customer service. Again we are happy to pay for repair if the car was in fact damaged prior. However, we would like the company to take accountability for damage caused by their facility.

  My family, my in-laws, and our friends are all canceling their memberships after this experience. My windshield cracked while my car was going through the car wash. An employee confirmed three separate times that my windshield was clean before I entered car wash. After I got home,when I tried to reach out to them again I was told that my windshield had three chips before the wash. That is simply not true. Right after the incident at car wash after reviewing footage I was not told about any supposed damage before entering the wash. What's even more concerning is that they are unwilling to show me the video of my vehicle before it entered the car wash, even though they are claiming the damage was already there. Instead of being transparent and working toward a fair resolution, they refused to take responsibility and changed their explanation after the damage occurred. Based on my experience, I would urge others to think carefully before doing business with this car wash.
