  It does not clean the lower half of your car they need someone out there with a sprayer. My husband bought a unlimited wash and it never cleans from lower mid section of the door or below or it doesnt spray hard enough. But free vacs and mat cleaners are great . I wish the rinse cycle was a little longer.

  Terrible experience. This place will damage your paint and they will have the phrase "not consistent with the movements of our machines" ready to go. No point in filling out a report....if you get that far. Manager is a pompous fellow with an ego larger than their lot. Also, extremely overpriced.
