- DDDanielle Drescher4 days ago3.0They were professional but visit was not good. Came to them to figure out what part i needed for the issue i was having. They told me their rates and that if it didnt take that long they would only charge part. But then proceeded to make me waite the full time on it and charge me full rate. And when i asked about the part instead they listed off all this other stuff i needed that i didnt ask for. Disnt even in the end say what part i needed. Just that it could be both and that it would be expensive to change. It ended up not even being that time consuming or expensive when i got it fixed.
