  Frank Mowinski was great to work with!! He was on top of things and really focused on what I needed for a vehicle and what my financial budget was. He came up with a great option for me with a leased vehicle that I was wanting and also found a way to give me what I needed for my trade-in. He had great communication and was very friendly, easy-going and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him to everyone and he will definitely be my go-to salesman in the future at Moran Chevrolet.

  was interested in a used vehicle & was approved financing for it — However from the start, the dealership began looking for ways out of the deal because they didn’t want to honor the price drop on CarGurus. How I came to this conclusion is based on evidence and facts, recorded phone call conversations help as well as some screenshots ;-) which I possess and will be submitting to CarGurus as well when submitting a review there. The dealership told me they could not sell me the truck because Ohio requires an E-Check. I understand that Ohio requires E-Check for qualifying vehicles when they are registered in certain Ohio counties, including Cuyahoga County. However, the truck was located in Michigan at the time, and I was purchasing it there and would have handled the Ohio registration requirements after bringing it into Ohio. The dealership’s explanation for refusing to complete the sale did not make sense to me. Calculating my losses now.

  Sharing some detail on my service today with Moran Chevrolet in Fort Gratiot, Michigan. I took my car into an oil change facility in Fort Gratiot. After the oil change, I left and saw my engine on light. I returned back to the oil change facility and they ran a diagnostic That indicated my PCV valve failed open. They advised they could do nothing for me. I called Moran for Service today as I needed to leave for my trip back to Florida. They got me right in . Ashley in the service department. Was very kind to get me scheduled in. I talked with John Goodrich. And he did diagnostics and confirmed the PCV valve was failed. Jacob Stacy was the technician and found that the leads to the PCV valve were broken off. He told me that they were not able to replace the PCV valve as The car was not a Chevrolet product. But he would attempt to provide a fix To get me back on the road. He did a temporary repair that works and will get me back to Florida. I think the whole Chevrolet team for their service and kindness. They provided the service to me at no charge. I am grateful and thankful to the whole team. Sincerely Doug Blocksom

  If i could leave no stars I would. First I bought my truck from these fools 2 years ago. Within a week of getting it my brakes were squealing like you stepped on a pigs tail. Took the vehicle back there where these so called licensed technicians told me thats how brakes are. Took it to another shop they fixed my brakes and never squealed again. Should have been my first clue that this place was a joke. Second should have been that my friend who works in corporate as their assigned mechanic told me not to use this place either. But I didnt listen brought my truck in here what I was told was going to be $150 on the quote. They finished with my truck doing a brake bleed and then told me it was going to be over $800 to bleed some brakes. I will never be back to this corrupt buisness ever again. I have now told all my friends and family, every customer I work on their house, this place should never be recommended or used in the future. Im a buisness owner who was about to start buying fleet vehicles and now I know who not to buy from now.
