    Produced my email receipt and exchanged battery for a new replacement even exchange after they determined original had no charge. Overall service was good and they handled the situation efficiently and effectively.

    Fantastic experience. The prices are a bit high, but that's hardly the fault of the employee. I have been in this store twice. The first time was for a simple wiper blade purchase. The employee that helped me was great. For such a simple routine purchase, I would expect to just be in and out with very little thought. However, the lady that helped me was awesome. She had so much positive energy that I left smiling. The interaction made my day. Two years later I come back to have a battery checked and its the same lady, with the same fantastic attitude. I made sure to get her name so I can write this review. Sarah is great asset for this location. She knows her stuff, and she provides extremely good customer service.

    I only used this store since it opened y yrs ago.i will never return and with the interaction I had with the manager Terry today all I can say is unbelievable and totally disgusting things she said to me about my disability I have recently been diagnosed with. I will spread the word to anyone I can to go down the road and get treated the way a person deserves.

    I was so disappointed at the service from this location. I called this store in search of a battery for my PWC. I was told there were 3 batteries in stock. The price online was around $122 with the core charge. I did not see a price that was different for an in-store purchase. I arrived at the store and was not greeted at all by the 5 associates standing around (in the empty store). The associate who came to "help" me was very unfriendly and seemed as if I was bothering him. I provided him with the item number for the battery. He was not able to locate it at first and I mentioned that I had previously called the store. He at that point interrupted me and said "yeah...I talked to you". Nothing else. Shortly after, he appeared with the battery (not in a box, and not with any connecting hardware). He rang me up and told me it would be $169. When I questioned it, he said I could cancel the order and go out in the parking lot and order it online and get the $122 price, but he couldn't honor the online price in the store. The entire reason I purchased "in store" was to help the brick and mortar shops. L:ater, when I attempted to put the battery in my PWC, because I wasn't provided any of the connecting parts, I could not connect the battery cables. Because I was two hours away from the store, I ended up going to a marina to purchase another battery...which came in a box, with the connecting parts and with a very nice associate who took two minutes to greet me and answer my questions. I returned the battery to the store and will not be back. August 3rd, 2021...In response to your communication with me on my complaint, this is the same information you have provided to other complainants. Apparently, you have not updated your leadership training nor provided management with the resources they need to provide effective coaching to their staff, because the problems still exist. Store policy and lack of effective customer support and service is going to eventually put the brick and mortar stores out of business. Sad.
