  The vacuums were definitely a plus! The car wash was fun with flashing colored lights and soapy spray, which turnedy car into a sparkly shiny and clean vehicle! Love it 😻

  Looking for Tommy's Express and end up at Great Express on Miller Rd., so I paid $13 to get the works but it start at $10 for just a wash. I look on my GPS map and it shows that There is a empty lot there so that's why I got the car wash. After I visit my mother at Sugar Bush Assistant living, I went back on the GPS and followed GPS directions and it on Miller Rd. But it's by Target Store and the other car wash is call Great Express and it's got a oil change service, and it doesn't even look like Tommy's Express, and it's super service, you get 30 days free wash and also I got 3 months of a discount after that 30 days. GREAT SERVICE ( JAMIE IS THE ONE THAT HELP ME ). THE ONE THAT HERE

  If I could leave zero stars I would! Vehicle wasn't clean at all and left with a large scratch on the hood and brush scratches all down the sides. GM Jamie talks to women in a condescending tone as if we don't know what brush bristle stokes down the entire side of our vehicle looks like or a fresh scratch. Tells you he will call you back but doesn't. When you call 6 days later to inquire and another manager tells you "Oh ya, he hasn't time to look at it yet" and then all of sudden he has time, calls you back in a hour just to say "scratch was already there and those other scratches are inconsistent". Ya, Ok dude. Full of lies. I know every inch of my vehicle and I walk by the spot every day, it was also fresh, fresh. You can tell the difference between a fresh scratch and old one. Poor customer service and poor washing servicing. There's also no way they service and clean their rollers the way they say they do when they are as busy as they are. I call BS. And based on the reviews, I'm not the first person to have experienced this.
