  I recently got my windshield replaced - the experience was quick and very easy! Scheduling was a breeze and the technician was very kind. The new windshield looks great! I’m very appreciative :)

  Tyler did a fantastic job with doing my bronco windshield even working through a 98° heat even in the garage it took great care of the paint on the vehicle and the cleanup from the mastic removed from the original FORD windshield. We did order a Ford OEM glass, which has all the pins and markings on it, which I felt was very important as other bronco owners should also consider. Tyler followed up with all the details on what to do and not to do for the vehicle for the next 24 hours and greatly appreciate his attention to detail and his excellent communication with those that were at the house that day

  After having a large piece of ash fault hit our windshield, leaving some large damage. A friend recommended Safelite,”they will come to you”. Since we were out of town and concerned about driving a long distance home, we needed to do something fast. I got on line and filled our location, next thing you know I received a quote and appointment for the next day. Thank you Safelite and Matthew for taking a scary situation and making it a safe trip home. Laurie M

  Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Every step was completed within the estimated timeframe. Quality of the work (including programming the safety system) was excellent. I would definitely stay with this Safelite Auto Glass for any future windshield repairs.

  Absolutely horrible pathetic customer service. A phone number that no matter what you do hangs up on you. A website that IF you can sign in, no matter what you do sends you to an email account. I’m having calibration issues and I’ve now spent over an hour trying to arrange anything appt or talk to someone. Next stop is a physical location, I will never do business with this company again.Update: After 2+ hours of phone calls and emails I finally got ahold of someone to arrange for warranty recalibration. Tech showed today, was obviously on a big hurry, said it was better, and then fed me a line of BS that they dont do static recal, and that my factory warranty would cover it at the dealer. Completely untrue for a windshield replacement due to chips/cracks. Now I’m on the hook for another $200 and a dealer appt. to fix their garbage.
