Highly recommend, very convenient. I paid cash because it was less than my insurance deductible. My technician Koda was great, I explained I worked night shift and was sleeping and the keys were outside near the car when he called to say he was on the way and he said he would try not to bother me and he didn’t, which I greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend Safelite technician Mike! He was great at keeping me updated about my appointment, including keeping me updated when he was delayed due to an earlier appointment running longer than expected. He was professional and did a great job fixing my windshield.

Repair failed on my dime sized chip. I had to reach out to customer service multiple times for a response. Eventually the Auburn Hills location provided warranty service and replaced the entire windshield at 3x my original repair quote. Perhaps the repair failed through no fault of the technician.

I had an at home appointment with a window from noon until 5 PM and considering that I work from my vehicle during those hours, I took my car into the shop in the morning and asked if I could be squeezed in for a morning repair so I could take the time for the rest of the day to work. The manager at the time, John, was exceptionally friendly, understanding, and was generous to squeeze me in with his technicians to repair my windshield. All the staff were extremely friendly, competent, and professional. I was in and out within 30 minutes and satisfied with my repair. Kudos to the team and this location.

If I could give less than one star I would. The hours aren’t business they’re more like office hours. They never gave the come to me option as they advertise on commercials. You can’t talk to a real person on the phone. They didn’t calibrate my windshield so I had to inconvenience myself another day when I went in to get the phone number to speak with a real person to inquire about what was next I was yelled at when I arrived at 5:02 AND had the door slammed in my face after leaving work early drove 45 miles from work to get there at 5:02 because of their inconvenient office hours not business hours. The treatment was unacceptable. I ended up at the dealership to do the job correctly. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 60yrs. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY COMMERCIALS. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS.
