  Drove all the way out there during their posted hours to find out they are closed without any posted explanation.

  Went in today was totally ignored. Every since they went from Kan rock to Monroe service has went down.

  So we had warranty issues on our car and this was one of the in network places to repair tge initial start up was fine they took the car diagnosed it than the fun began with working with the insurance company several repairs were approved but than the problems started the service member stated parts were in transit but lost and they would call when they got them in but than never did so we called where he said he never said that and he thought we went elsewhere which wasnt the case than the conversation turned to more of an contradictory conversation as repairs that were approved were not approced causing more consternation between us as originally he had said they were so each step of the way he contradicted himself and finally tge true professionalism of this shop attendant took shape as we called our warranty providers found out what had happened and what was missing relayed tgat back to them and as soon as they reached back out to them in the morning they refused to work on our vehicle in this process ... very unprofessional very contradictory very unsatisfactory ... run around after run around and wasted time...

  Don't trust the store hours, waited 30 minutes after 9 on a Sunday, with the building locked the entire time, and no staff in sight

  Corey who is the service technician at the shop is the greatest. He is a hard worker and has many positive strides in the company.
