  Called about getting an alignment, was told over the phone I could come in now and do it as a walk-in as apose to making an apt.... drove up there and the gentleman behind the counter was rude! I explained to him i called the phone number associated with Monro on miller rd and was told I could walk in and get it done. His reply "I dont know where you think your gonna get an alignment at 6 o'clock in the afternoon!" As if I had any control over what time things went erong with my car. Plus thats the whole reason I called before just going there!! They are open until 7 so if you cant do it just say so over the phone! I would have been totally fine with that & found elsewhere. With that attitude, even if he offered to do it I would have walked out at that point. Never going there again!

  I am from out of town, moving my adult son into a group home in the area. It was already a rough day and then the car starts making a loud squeal. The last thing I needed today was extra stress. These guys got the car right in and right out. No charge for inspection and thank God it was a rock stuck in there. You guys literally rock. Thank you

  This shop is fantastic. My car brakes were a mess and i was on a road trip I pulled in on a friday afternoon and they figured out a difficult problem, fixed it and had me back on the road. Other shops had not been able to fix this issue

  Ryan the manager has always made me feel he has my back! I’m in my 70’s now and have gone there for at least 20 years and have purchased tires twice. Since your location is not as convenient since I retired service is what brings me back!
