  Called and inquired about a part listed on the carpart.com website. Counter guy says let me make sure it's here on the shelf first before you come down and took my number. Counter guy says I'd hate you for you to come down for nothing. Counter guy calls back says come pick up the part. I get there and wait half an hour only to be told that the part is unavailable. Counter guy blames the yard hand. Very poor form.

  Bought a door switch and it worked for about 5 minutes and then started making a really bad sound so I called back up there and he said I'm basically SOL that he told me it was as is he never said that and the receipt says 30-day warranty. I do not recommend this place.

  I needed a part for my Subaru. I called and Chris answered. He helped walk me through several processes, including pictures texted over to him so that he could confirm that what they had matched my needs. Unfortunately they didn't have the part I needed But Chris was so professional, competent and considerate. He immediately went and checked back in the yard to see if it was a match. Then he called me back within minutes to let me know that they don't currently have what I need. I don't call salvage yards frequently and I usually get decent assistance BUT Chris stands out amongst every other auto salvage yard that I've ever interacted with. Customer consideration and satisfaction I'd have to give 6 stars, 5 stars just isn't enough. Thanks guys! I will Definitely be Referring people your way.

  Called for a 11 year old coolant reservoir tank. Gave me a price over the cost of a brand new one. Will never go there

  I called 6 other salvage yards before calling mikes and he had every part I needed for my van for better prices than the others yards. they were quick easy to communicate with and they're open on Saturday's, I'll be calling mikes first.
