  Tired and frustrated. It’s late at night and you would expect that if you have a reserved vehicle that there would be one ready for you. That’s not the case today. This location had over 5 people waiting in front of me to get vehicles. Since they were not cleaned/detailed and ready. It’s really disappointing.

  Pretty much everything was really good.Until I brought the truck back. When I picked up the truck, it had 388 miles left on the gas tank. When I returned the truck, it had 447 miles left on the gas tank. They still charged me for 2 gallons of gas at 7.24 a gallon. So apparently even though you bring it back with more gas in it than what you got it , if they can squeeze any more gas in there , they're gonna charge you an astronomical rate for it. So make sure you carry a 5 gallon gas can filled with gas When you take the vehicle back. That wayAfter you park it , you can make sure it's completely full. I will not be renting in a vehicle from the Bishop airport.Enterprise again.

  Great experience! I rented a car for 2 weeks while visiting family. From start to finish, it was an easy process. I rented the car online, did the check in online and was handed the keys after my plane landed. The young man behind the counter was friendly, the car was nice and also clean. Easy return as well, appreciate the drop box.

  Shortly after driving away from the airport the routine maintenance reminder starts flashing and the TPMS light is on. One of the tires was at 18psi. Don't worry, I took care of it on my vacation. Was told upon are 6am return that no one would be there and to just park in any available space. Only space was in the furthest lot away...awesome. Must be a lot of returns being done early. Maybe someone should be there. No emerald isle so LONG wait in line. Not the Enterprise experience I am accustomed to.
