  Unless you are perfect and drive perfectly and have hundreds of dollars to spend, I'd recommend getting an Uber over renting a car from them. I don't smoke, I don't have pets, but when I returned the car they said there was an "odor" and they had to detail it and kept $250 of my $500 deposit. When I first returned it they said they would bomb the car and it should be fine but if it wasn't they'd have to send it off to be detailed. As soon as they said that I knew I was going to be out $250 because why would they make it easy on the customer? This is my fourth time renting a car from them and it will be my last. I have never had issues like this, I have always returned my cars in great condition and this time was the same.

  Enterprise wanted too much in my credit card to hold as a start. But I was pointed to the business to their left. AND Going to this location BLESSED MY HEART. Tyler is the rental king in my mind's eye. I had to get a rental to drive to KC for a court appearance (non- negotiable). Tyler worked some magic moves things around and off I went in tears 😢! Basically, he helped to secure my freedom which is priceless. Returned to engage with a very hospitable lady who explained what I needed to close my deal.... and surprise...I was in my way back home worth my lady who picked me up. Thanks to Enterprises' exorbitant prices I got a better deal and a great car that had a bunch of options, stopped and got the best cone ever, and overall had a fantastic time.

  This location is amazing!!! They always take great care to ensure my experience is too notch! I rent 2-3 times a month and have never had a bad experience or bad vehicle!

  I drove a Compass for two weeks. It started with the pleasant Woman who got my Paperwork ready, and I was out the door!!
