  I reserved a Jeep Wrangler or Gladiator two weeks ahead of time. I called the location the morning I was to pick it up at noon. They said they had one ready for me. I was running late so I called again and they said no problem they was holding it for me. I got there at 1PM and they said it would be a Gladiator but it was in for an oil change at a local tire store and would be ready in about an hour. I decided to drive over to where the oil was being changed. They hadn't even started on it so I asked how long it would take. They said it would be another 30 minutes before they could get it in a bay. It was nasty dirty so I knew Enterprise would still have to clean it up after the oil was changed. This was now cutting into our vacation time. Fortunately I reserved a Jeep Wrangler at Hertz for pick up at 3PM as a backup plan and I'm glad I did. I drove to Hertz and their Jeep was ready for me 30 minutes early and freshly cleaned and ready. We got on the road and called Enterprise and cancelled the rental with them. Don't know if I'll give Enterprise a second chance if i need to rent a vehicle in the future or not.

  I used to avoid Enterprise, but the staff at this location has turned me around. They really care and provide excellent service. I highly recommend working with them if you have a choice, you won't regret it!

  Ryan at enterprise should be fired. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Been an enterprise loyal customer for years and dealing with him has made me never want to rent through enterprise again. Mean looks rude remarks towards me and my uncle.

  Had the best experience with enterprise! My car had gotten rear ended and they worked with insurance to get me a rental while my car was getting fixed! Brian was able to drive me to and from the body shop to get the rental before and after my car was fixed! Not only that, but Graham and Luis were super friendly and professional and handled my questions and concerns with expertise! Would recommend this place to anyone!
