  This was my first time renting a car and they made it quick and easy the first car they showed me sat way to close to the ground for comfort so I asked for something else upgraded to alittle more and walked out with a brand new car for not much more. Quick and easy. Thankyou enterprise I will be sure to come to you and send anyone too you that needs to rent a car.

  They go above and beyond to make sure that you get the vehicle that you want. The guy who helped me was very kind and gave a good tutorial about the car. The car was very nice and clean. I really liked the Kia Carnival that was rented. He was professional and personable at the same time. Will be renting again at the end of the month. Thank you so much Lewis for everything.

  The store on Austin Pkwy has horrible customer service. I would no recommend anyone to use this store for renting a car

  Well, the people were friendly and seemed to want to help. That being said, the process of.renting from them is difficult at best. They had issues with a couple of things, so I did not rent from them. Rented elsewhere with NO difficulties whatsoever.
