After I arrived and had the truck inspected Mike informed me the work would be 50 dollars Less than he quoted. They did my rear breaks a couple min ago and I couldn't be more please. Came back at 11am and they had not even looked at the car yet. At 1pm they had just finally gotten to it but needed me to put out $1000 for new control arms to do an alignment. Communication was lacking and driven from the customer side. Tried to upsell me on other items as well. Will not be back once we actually get out of here

Explain each charge and why you need it to make your car right. Switched to Belle tire 3 years ago after doing business with another competitor. Glad I made the switch would highly recommend giving Belle tire on miller rd a chance to earn your business.

Had an alignment performed and this “professional shop” left the whole upper control arm lose. The lose arm then wobbled out the hole in the frame making a simple alignment into a major repair. When I brought this to their attention they simply dusted their hands and said wasn’t our problem. Gave me zero options to fix or make it right. Terrible customer service and simply unsafe practices. Speaking to the new shop I’ve been going to the owner says we see their stuff come in all the time. It’s a known issue this place does half ass work.
