  I can’t say enough good things about Brinkley Automotive! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s so refreshing to find a business that truly cares about its customers and takes pride in the work they do. Most importantly, I want to give a huge shoutout to their mechanic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel rushed or talked down to. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right, not just getting the vehicle in and out the door. The entire experience was exceptional, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I highly recommend Brinkley Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and genuinely caring people to take care of their vehicle. They’ve definitely earned my trust and my business!

  Review of Brinkley Automotive Services – Flat Rock I had a terrible experience with Brinkley Automotive and would not recommend them based on my experience. My wife brought her 2013 Dodge Avenger in for repairs to the power steering and air conditioning system. They replaced the power steering pump and A/C compressor, drained and recharged the A/C system. She paid approximately $1,700 cash. Within only a couple of weeks, the power steering fluid had completely leaked out onto my driveway. I brought the car back, and they told me the power steering pump they had installed had a hole in it. They replaced it again. After getting the car back, it sat in my driveway for about a week. The next time I drove it, I turned on the A/C and discovered that it was no longer blowing cold. All of this happened within approximately 45 days of the original repair. I returned the car again. This time I was told the A/C condenser was bad and that this was supposedly a separate problem that wasn't present when they originally repaired the A/C. Mind you we hadn't even driven the car!! Now they want another $600–$700 to repair the air conditioning again. I strongly disagree with their position. She paid $1,700 to have these systems repaired, and within weeks I had problems with both of them. In my opinion, the original A/C problem was either not properly diagnosed or not properly repaired the first time. I am extremely disappointed that they are asking me for hundreds of dollars more instead of standing behind the work we already paid for! My experience with Brinkley Automotive doesn't end there. My wife also purchased a Jeep Wrangler from them for approximately $9,000 after being told the vehicle had been inspected by the same mechanics that “Repaired” the Avenger. She had it for less than two weeks before the check-engine light came on and she began dealing with problems with that vehicle as well! Based on these experiences, I have very little confidence in the quality of their inspections, diagnosis, or repair work. I expected a professional repair facility to properly diagnose the vehicle, perform quality repairs, and stand behind its work when problems appeared almost immediately afterward and on 2 separate vehicles!! I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them or even letting them repair yours!! They might want to stick to washing cars and even then i would be checking the paint for scratches. Good luck if you are considering doing business with Brinkley Automotive.

  Amazing! It’s like a brand new car! Everything is super clean and shiny. Brinkley Automotive is easy to work with and very affordable. They did an amazing job detailing my car!
