  Been a long time customer. And for the first time. They have an knowledgeable associate in automotive. Joseph has been the only one that I will even talk to at this location. He's never sold me the wrong part. Never told me the wrong stuff. Like everyone else at this location. He also isn't afraid to admit when he don't know something. But, will be quick at trying to help research the issue. Joseph has been a blessing at this store. Made my repairs extremely easier. His knowledge in automotive is a mix of old school and new school. Which helps a lot with tips and tricks on repairs. Even on those really hard repairs. Joseph has tips and tricks that made the repair go a lot more smoother. Joseph is a massive asset to autozone. I would be making sure that y'all are doing everything possible to keep Joseph.

  Came in with multiple different lights on my dashboard. Joseph helped me more than words can express. He did a scan on my car. After showing me the results. He went way out of his way to take care of me. Showing me what's major to fix now and what can wait a little bit. Even showed me on my vehicle where and how to replace the parts that I needed. Which made it extremely easy for me to fix my own vehicle. If it wasn't for Joseph. I don't know how much money that I would of had spent at a shop. I can only guess thousands that I don't have. I'm beyond extremely thankful for Joseph. Being a single mother of 3 kids. I desperately needed the help that Joseph gave me. Joseph exceeded expectations by infinite amount. I'll definitely be back and tell everyone to come and speak to Joseph.

  I was on my way home from work & my car started smoking, so I pulled into AutoZone, not knowing what was going on. Lindell came outside and pointed out the problem in SECONDS. My hose was broken. He helped me fix my hose in 5 minutes. 10/10 SERVICE!

  10/10 experience, told them I needed help with a fuse exchange and Mikayla not only Helped fix the issue but also explained to me how everything works !
