  I can’t say enough great things about this collision shop! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. The team went above and beyond to keep me updated, answer every question, and make sure my car looked absolutely perfect when I picked it up. The quality of the work is incredible — you’d never even know there was damage in the first place. If you’re anywhere around Birmingham and looking for a trustworthy, honest, and highly skilled collision shop, this is the place to go. Their attention to detail, customer service, and turnaround time truly exceeded my expectations.   Took my car to lance with a horrible fender bender on my rear end and he literally made my car look like it came fresh off the lot and did it for such a fair price that I will never go anywhere else for as long as I live. Thank you so much! Hopefully I don’t need repair work on my car ever again but if I do then I know exactly where to go! Thank you again!

  I stay in Birmingham Michigan and I had hit my Mercedes. I went to Crash Collision and they quoted me $3500.00. I came here because I heard great things. They put me back together for quarter of the price. These people truly care about people and the customer service is amazing. If you want honest and genuine work, you need to come here. They do not try to up sale you, they just take care of the problem and not rip you off. Once you come here, you will see for yourself. Thank you again collision repair. God bless you guys.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best collision shop in Ferndale! I brought my car to The Collision Repair Shop after an accident and couldn’t be happier with the results. The repair work was flawless — you’d never know there was any damage. The paint match was perfect and everything looked factory fresh. What really set them apart was the customer service. The staff kept me informed throughout the whole process, answered all my questions, and made what’s usually a stressful experience surprisingly smooth. If you’re in the Ferndale area and need collision work done right, look no further. Highly recommend!

  The first thing that I would like to say, is that the Collision Repair Shop, which is run by a very nice young gentleman named Lance, made what was a very bad time in my life having lost my vehicle in a collision, a much better experience. Lance and his staff were very attentive, accommodating, and understanding. They never made me feel like I was asking for too much at a time when I felt like I needed everything. While I would never wish a terrible car accident on anyone, if it ever happens to you, the Collision Repair Shop in Ferndale, Michigan is definitely the place that you want to go to. There you will find people that are doing God’s work. My son and his wife had work done on their car there and they referred me. I am very thankful and happy that I listened to their advice.
