  I bought my Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid from Christen. She was attentive to my questions and me, even though my husband was with me. It was my purchase and she addressed me. This has not been my experience in the past. The dealership is a clean and friendly atmosphere. I drove this far in order to buy a Subaru with my Costco membership. Believe me, it was worth the drive. My family won't hesitate to work with them again.

  We brought a Forester for my dad. They do not have the one we want in stock, so they had to order it from the factory. Transparent pricing, no "junk" dealer add-ons, got the deal done in less than an hour. We got it a few thousands under MSRP. Vehicle arrived after 2 months. Overall, great experience, ask for Patrick.

  We had an excellent experience with Hodges! Patrick made the car buying process easy and seamless. He was knowledgeable, was able to answer all of our questions, did not pressure us on anything, and even gave us a lower price than the dealer price. If you are looking to buy a new Subaru, this is your place!

  I leased my first Subaru from Hodges, then moved out of state and continued to lease a Subaru for 14 years. Then I purchased a Ford, but always knew I wanted another Subaru. Now that I’m back in Michigan and it was time for a new car, I went to a Subaru dealership closer to home. But, I wasn’t thrilled with the salesperson and decided to head back to Hodges. So glad I did. My salesman Mark Johnston was a delight to deal with and I love my new Crosstrek. From start to finish my experience with Mark (and everyone at Hodges) made my purchase easy. If you want a great car, you should go to Hodges and ask for Mark Johnston. You won’t be disappointed with him or one of the amazing cars in the Subaru collection.

  I have been a long time customer and purchased my 3rd Outback from Hodges in April 2026. I usually perform my own vehicle maintenance but have been getting my oil changes and tire rotations here since 2021. Recently I took my 2026 Outback in for the 1st oil change. I usually wait in the lounge but this time I stayed in the write up area to watch the process. The young technician who pulled my car to the middle rack could not have been slower or less motivated. He seemed to be doing his best to drag this out and was more interested in socializing with others than focusing on my service. It took him 56 minutes to pull my car in, raise it in the air and do the oil change. On a positive note the oil and filter did get changed, and there are no leaks. The following day I noticed my tire pressures were off and I had to adjust them myself. We love Brian Biondo and will continue to purchase vehicles here but I doubt that I will be back for routine service. I hope management reads this review and understands that customers want motivated professionals working on their expensive vehicles, not some bored kid who acts like he would rather be somewhere else.
