  10/10! I rented over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful experience. They have a new branch manager, Justin, who was professional and courteous. He spoke well to both staff and customers, made sure I wasn't overlooked or forgotten, and maintained a great attitude the entire time. All the other staff members were helpful, friendly, and stayed on task. Luke, who handled my drop-off, was a really nice guy to chat with on the ride home. Due to the high-demand holiday circumstances, I even received an upgrade, and the car was better than I expected! Enterprise provides a text support line too, which made me feel comfortable in case there was a need. In the beginning, I was a little anxious that my trip wasn't going to happen because they were so busy, but it all worked out perfectly. I really felt taken care of by the staff at this location. Enterprise did a great job hiring this team. Great experience, totally recommend, and will definitely return!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience renting from Enterprise. The service was fast, the rental process was quick and easy, and the price was very reasonable. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and drove great. I felt confident and comfortable throughout my rental. A special thanks to TJ—he's very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. If you need anything, just ask him and he'll take care of you. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, reliable, and affordable car rental experience!

  Poor service! Don’t rent! Stuck in Alabama, with one of their fine automobiles, does not run and no help from enterprise! Awesome run company, especially such a great rep, f this place

  I had a tight schedual, and PJ really helped me out. My original rental location couldn't fulfill my reservation but he made it work. The morning of, he got me in and out quick. The car was clean and smelled good, will definitely be back and recommend this location, thanks again PJ

  My car wasn’t ready when I arrived. So a star was knocked off for that. I had to wait a bit while it got cleaned. I will say they were pretty busy. They did keep me informed on what was going on while I waited. Customer service was outstanding when I picked up the vehicle and when I returned the vehicle. The new manager and Farrah were really helpful. I would rent from this location again.
