  I am 100% Angry ! I rented a car from this company it was so filthy and I told them and the guy who gave me the car told me he was sorry the car was filthy, I had no choice but to take the car, because I had a care conference I had to attend and I had to go to work. There was no opportunity for me to come back to get another car simply because I was the only person working and I had no time off to even bring the car back,. I was force to put plastic bags on the seat so I was able to drive the car. I had to put air fresheners in the car, because it smelled too much like weed. It was just an all around terrible experience for me. On top of that Donny stated he was sorry and for me not to worry, he would take care of everything and I would not have to pay, and that he would get in contact with the collision shop because they were suppose to be paying for the remaining days that the insurance company stop paying. Well today I just found out that my credit card was charged some money and I do not appreciate it. I believe what the Fella Donny told me. So they charged my credit card 123.55 I am very Unhappy. Although I must say Donny and Justin were some very Respectful young men I appreciate that very much credit to them for that.

  Fridays are a terrible day to try and rent a vehicle from this location; they had me waiting at least a half an hour for a vehicle after I checked in for my reservation. They don’t provide their “we’ll pick you up/drop you off” guarantee on the weekends, as they don’t have drivers available, so if you need a ride to and from this location on a Saturday or Sunday, you better figure it out in advance or be prepared to uber. Lastly, the vehicle I rented smelled like someone had been smoking in it prior, not to mention the cigarette burn on the drivers seat, disgusting.

  **Very Disappointing Experience** Reserved a Dodge Durango for a trip with seven people, only to arrive and be told it was unavailable—even though the exact vehicle I reserved was sitting outside. The manager, Justin Ingelse, was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked for an explanation. He also claimed they had tried contacting me, but I had no missed calls or voicemails. I understand that issues happen, but the lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. Very disappointed with this Enterprise experience.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise today in Detroit, and I especially want to recognize Farah for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Farah went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She was even able to get me an upgrade on my rental car, which was a wonderful surprise and really made my day! She made the entire rental process quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s employees like Farah who make customers want to come back. I truly appreciate her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help. Enterprise is lucky to have someone like her on their team! I highly recommend this Enterprise location and will definitely be renting from them again. Thank you, Farah, for taking such good care of me! 👏🏽🚗

  The wmployees were vwry friendly. Although I had a reservation, I had to wait over an hour for a vehicle. The front bumper was very damaged on the first car they oferred me. The second vehicle was a very orange SUV. It was cute and sporty. I took it to the beach. However, the car had expired tags, which got me stopped by the police. Fortunately the tags were up to date in the system, just not placed on the vehicle. I took it back to the rental location but they didn't have the updated tags. They said it never been an issue in the past No they did not deduct any charges for my inconvenience of being pulled over by the police.
