  All I have to say is this! Dropped my truck off signed a paper stating that I was responsible for 170.00 service fee only to be called back two days later and told that the diagnostic s fee has now went up to 700.00! There hourly rate is 170.00 an hour! Read some reviews and it sounds to me like I’m not the only one being scammed around this place. Beware of a man named Scott! His name comes up in alot of reviews! I am taking the 170 dollar hit and taking it somewhere else!

  I purchased a used Ford Escape March 2026. July 2026 the vehicle needs a engine. Vic Canever will not stand by their word. They will not help.

  Huge shout out to Aaron Martin! Aaron was great to work with to get into a new truck. Worked around my busy schedule, organized with documentation needed. Closing in dealership was streamlined. Trade in value was very fair and straight forward. I would recommend this dealership and Aaron. Planning on buying future cars through Vic Canever & Aaron.

  I contacted the service manager at Vic Canever twice (left Vm) to inquire on the status of my son‘s truck after being in there shop for three days, and he never had the decency to return my call. I guess that customer service is not his priority. I therefore cannot recommend Vic Canever to anyone in Fenton.
