  They are great! They were able to get us in when we had an issue pop up before an unexpected trip. Tony was able to diagnose and make the repair quickly. We will definitely be coming back for future repairs, I highly recommend them.

  Open on a Sunday, day after holiday, which was the only place open while we were traveling. Very thankful for that. Urgent issue with tire pressure. Got us in right away, Steve was super nice and accommodating. Jeremy, our mechanic, diagnosed and fixed the issue within a matter of 30 minutes! And got us on our way again! Great experience!

  Had my air conditioning checked by John. He did a full check and found out I just needed a Freon recharge. He even checked the pressure 3 times to make sure it was working properly. Been taking my cars here for years and will continue in the future. Thanks John!

  Aaron and Jeremy really came through for us when we our tire went flat unexpectedly. Aaron was able to fit us in and back on the road same day (on a Sunday when many others are closed). Ended up replacing all 4 tires and they work great. I really appreciated the prompt service and patience they also had with our three kids. Thank you for a great experience.

  I want to take a moment to personally thank Tuffy off of Owen Rd. I brought my car in with the AC not blowing out cold air & only blowing 1/2 of it. I had previously taken it to Muffler Man in Linden. They fixed a part but apparently didn’t install it correctly (this was the culprit). Steve from Tuffy called me and told me that the part seemed to be installed incorrectly. They also had suggested I get an AC recharge so they gave me a quote for the labor & AC recharge. They did not know I had just gotten the AC recharged at Muffler Man so i declined the services, and told them I’d pick up my car by the end of the day. When I arrived, they told me they just went in and corrected the mistake and when I started my car, the AC was working and COLD! Muffler Man couldn’t figure out the issue and told me to take it to a AC Specialist. Turns out, it was just a big oopsie. Tuffy did me a HUGE favor and did not charge me. I had just spent almost $400 with Muffler man for this part and the AC recharge so I appreciate not having to drop more. So thank you Tuffy! I’ll be going to you guys for my car concerns going forward. - sincerely, a no longer sweaty mama in a warm car with screaming babies in the back.
