- LRLynn Rhyndress4 days ago5.0Lanena was so helpful and answered all my questions… and I ask a lot of questions‼️ She was kind and listened to all my disappointments with the dealership I go to….Chance was really cool and transparent with the repairs❣️ They both were fantastic
- JSJJ Sabato6 days ago5.0Tuffy has been my go to spot for mechanical work for years now, whenever I can’t get a friend or family member to help me figure out an issue Tuffy is always up for the job. Their work is efficient and comes with very reasonable pricing. Recently took my car in for an alignment and was given the breakdown that it took a few tries but that the technician Alejandro went above and beyond to do it multiple times to make sure it was work that he was satisfied with. My car is riding great, as always thank you Tuffy and thank you Alejandro! Incredible work.
- TTTerryOct 13, 20265.0I called Tuffy at 4:50pm as I needed my headlight replaced on my Dodge Ram. Lanena told me to get it in asap . When I arrived Lanena was very helpful and got it into the shop right away. I was there a total of 25 minutes and the task was completed by the Service tech named Chance. While I was waiting I was greeted by and talked with other friendly Associates. Thank you Tuffy for a great experience.
- HMHeidi MadsenOct 7, 20265.0I had an appointment today to fix what I thought was my resinator, but come to find it was a blown gasket and it was fixed in a timely manner and Alejandro did a fantastic job finding the problem... Also Steve the Asst. Manager is wonderful super friendly and kept me updated via phone when I was at Starbucks.... I highly recommend this store if your in Fenton!
- JGJessica GlennieSep 30, 20265.0I always take my cars to Tuffy in Fenton when needing a repair! They are knowledgeable, friendly, quick service, and much more affordable than the dealership. Chance helped change my brakes at this visit, they made sure to call in advance after checking over my car to make sure we were on the same page about repairs, were accurate about the estimate, and had both sets of brakes and a tire check done before the end of the work day. Thanks again Tuffy!
