  I was looking for a dump trailer, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, they were not pushy and gave me my space as I was looking at their inventory. I also discussed with them my existing equipment trailer and they pointed me in the right direction with changes and adjustments. I stewed on decision to buy this over a couple days, and found that everything lined up well enough to move forward. I only had a small window to pick up the new trailer so I called and explained my availability. When I showed up, everything was staged and ready, in and out in 30 minutes. In total, I connected with 5 different individuals through the experience and all of them were exceptionally friendly and ready to serve. I am very happy with the experience, Thank you Fenton Trading Post!!

  I bought a used trailer from a private seller and wanted to have the bearings serviced and two new tie down points welded on. I stopped into Fenton Trading Post on a Saturday morning. Two friendly people came out to see how they could help me. Then we went into service to have it written up. Noah in service was great. While he was writing me up I was looking around and another gentleman stopped and asked if he could help me find anything. Four people offering help in under 15 minutes. THAT is customer service. The trailer was done before the time promised, and I am very happy with the amount charged and the work done. Will be back for all of my trailer needs.

  I had a great experience in the parts department with Fenton Trading post. I showed up with a part that I desperately needed without any part numbers or information to look up. The team took my part in the back and came out 3 minutes later with exactly what I needed at a great price. I look forward to more interaction with this place as that was a top notch experience.
