  I was told my two new front tires and brakes would cost $427 and some change. When the work was completed I told it was $977. This place needs to seriously work on its communication all charges before hand. The work they was great, no complaints there.

  Blew a tire out on US 23, towed to belle tire here in Fenton, the belle tire team got my 4 new tires mounted balanced, and back on the road in 1.5 hours, incredible customer service, ground satisfied customer. Thank you Belle tire Fenton!

  Don’t go here. My husband and I brought our cars in and they let me go with a balance adjustment and him needing 2500 dollars in services. Less than a month later I brought my car back in and it was 1500 dollars in services. Cars don’t wreck that fast. They lied to us and probably over charged us for everything. DO NOT GO HERE. My car is squeaking at low speeds with them doing the last service. We thought we trusted them but that was a mistake

  Stay clear… Simple oil change turned into 2 trips and a dealer visit to fix what Belle Tire broke. I get an oil change and 20 minuets down the road low oil pressure and check engine light come on. Pull over check levels and there is in fact oil. Drive home do some research and the consensus is wrong oil or filter issues. Call Belle Tire explain and get, “oh we are sorry come back in we will take care of it.” So back to Belle Tire. Pick it up and ask what was the code it gave? Answer “I’m not sure.” Ok well what was wrong? Answer “I’m not sure, the oil filter is just paper you know.” So again 20 minutes down the road same issue low pressure check engine light. Call Belle Tire ask for a refund so I can get the service done at a dealer. Answer can you bring it back so we can see what the issue is and we can talk about it. Reply ok let’s talk I’ve been up there twice what code did it give? Answer it doesn’t say on the file. Reply ok what was wrong what did you guys do the second time? Answer “I’m not sure it doesn’t say.” Ok so why would I go back up there a third time? I just want a refund to go to a competent place for service. Answer “ I cannot give a refund unless I know it’s our issue.” I went to a dealer they showed me the filter was broke and all issues went away after the oil change was done the correct way. Either Belle Tire installed the filter wrong twice or just cleared the codes and told me to come get it. Either way I’m done with Belle Tire.

  Belle Tire so far in my experience has the respect & ethics you're looking for in an auto shop. First I would use their free tire air. Many times over the years. Some previous external not my opinions had some weight against Belle Tire. It came time I needed an alignment & the shop I was with... Their alignment machine broke a few hours prior. Then around my next scheduled appointment they thought their tone & such wasn't in error. You know I'm going to take a walk & think whether or not I want anyone at your business touching my vehicle again. I went over to Belle Tire & at first I didn't say what I had done just alignment focused but the tone reached I feel safe. Lower Control Arms in the notes for extra alignment attention. They might not be bottom of the totem pole pricing on Tires in the claims I've heard but the direction they're headed in customer respect... How do you value your vehicle?
