  I do not recommend this location at all, trust me. I took my car in for some simple tire work, and about 2 hours later I get a call from the representative telling me that my battery was “dead” and asking if I wanted to replace it. He was immediately trying to rush me into saying yes, which honestly left me confused and suspicious. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my battery before I brought my car in. My car started perfectly fine, and I had never had any issues with the battery. Then suddenly, while my car is sitting in their shop, I’m being told the battery is dead? Give me a break. I strongly suspect that the battery was drained while my car was in their possession. I can’t prove exactly what happened, but the timing is extremely suspicious, and the way I was immediately pressured to buy a new battery made it even worse. This experience completely changed the way I look at Belle Tire. It felt greedy, dishonest, and incredibly unprofessional. I brought my car in expecting a simple tire service and walked away feeling like they were trying to create an unnecessary problem just to make more money. I will never bring my car back to this location again. You’ve completely ruined the Belle Tire name for me. Shame on you.

  Have recently moved to the Farmington area and received services from this belle tire locations 2 times in the past few weeks (for completely unrelated reasons) and both times were met with professional service and quick turnaround, I fully intend to be a regular customer at this location for the services they have provided me with recently, notably, both of my experiences here have been midday on Saturday (and for my repairs/service I have had to wait in the waiting room since I have no one in town to bring me to or from the store), and my wait times have not surpassed 2 hours. I am rather pleased overall. For the quick service, it is not necessarily the cheapest necessarily, but it is rather quick which is a must since I only own one vehicle

  Ron greeted me and welcomed me in the store with a big smile and kindness. I was devastated about having to replace my tire that was damaged; however, Ron made the service easy and straightforward. The mechanics replaced my 2 front tires quite fast. I’ll be returning to this location if I need another tire.

  This used to be my go to shop in the area. I recently had my truck in. After a day and half, they diagnosed the trouble, fuel pump. They gave me a quote to repair but then called back to discuss some other issues they saw. I asked them to go ahead and repair the fuel pump anyway (so that I could at least get my truck running), they then refused to do the work. Suggested that I do away with my truck (have it hauled off) and buy something new. If I were independently wealthy, that would be a great idea. Anyhow, I had it towed for a 2nd time to a different shop that checked my truck completely over. They not only fixed the fuel pump and got me back on the road, but they did it for $400 less that what was quoted here. Further, they check out the other "issue" Belle Tire mentioned as the reason I should hall my truck to a junk yard.. Well, these guys said it wasn't nearly as bad as I was told. They did the work on my fuel pump within a few hours of assessment. Received my truck back first thing this morning and it's driving great. I used to come to Belle Tire for everything from tires, oil changes, any types of repairs they could do, etc. However, after this last time, I think I will take all future business back to Car Aid.
