  Don is a CHAMPION! Please give this guy a raise. He went above and beyond and was able to change my car's cabin air filter. It was so difficult to change out, but he did it! Thanks Don and team. You guys did an amazing job on my car today.

  I’ve been taking my cars to this site for years. Never a problem until my last oil change at the beginning of July. After a few weeks, I noticed that the skid plate was hanging low and discovered that the skid plate was attached with zip ties. I went back to Valvoline and the service tech and his co-worker said that using zip ties is not a standard practice and that I should have been notified verbally and in writing (invoice) at the time of original service. I was never informed.

  I just got my oil changed. It’s 7:17 just left. I noticed while I was there that they broke my radiator fans from its screw and they absolutely did not care. It’s leaning out.i heard him when he broke it. He didn’t say a thing. Then I showed him. All three acted like nothing. Just forget him and send him on his way. Don’t go here. Especially late in the day. Who knows what else they’ve broken underneath. It didn’t sound too good either as he was working on it. Unbelievable. I’m afraid to drive it now. Going to have to check my oil again because it looks a bit low. Not sure if this is how late evening ppl act because the last time I went, it was a bit earlier. Way better service. These ppl did not care at all. I am disappointed. Now I’ll have to find another shop for next time. I had high hopes. Ok. I just drove right down the street. There is smoke coming from the engine. Omg. They got oil hand prints everywhere on the hood, under the hood. Who ever they are training, good luck. This is crazy. Looks like i barely have oil in my engine. No. I barely have oil in my engine. Not looks like. And I brought this to their attention when I was there. I’m highly upset. They messed up the lining in on my hood because they couldn’t find the open lever. Especially the new guy. Wow. Rushed right thru the job. The new got was just yelling, “ checked, checked, checked,” without even checking anything. I’m sitting there like wow. I had a great review for this place and now this. Wow.

  My car is in the SHOP suddenly after my oil change done there. Tacky rushed service. Improperly installed air filters. Triggered my engine light and damaged my Fuel Management System. Shop manager Mike didn't even have the knowledge that air filters are a part of that system. Other technicians there ASKED me how to reset the oil light. Poor service and untrained staff. My car ran perfectly prior to then and never ever had an engine light or failure occurred. They ruined my car. I'm not done with this matter so I hope they don't think they're getting away with it!!! I'm following protocol as I was instructed to do from my team!
