  I went to this shop about 3 months ago. My oil change was over $100, luckily I had their $25 coupon. Oil change went smoothly but two days later I had to return because I had oil leaking from my jeep. They stated the filter they used was one they had a lot of issues with so the replaced that one with an upgraded one, topped me off and I was good. I returned a few days ago explained not to use the defected one and go with a different one. The one tech seemed to be searching for the one but I was looking at a stockpile sitting on the shelf. Oil change goes smooth but a few days later the same problem. I returned and the staff person waiting on my just dropped his head as if he knew what happened. He checks my oil and says I'm full. Then he "claims my oil housing may be warned. That they have had problems with the patriots, I said this is a Renegade. He then blames the high mileage. He claimed he spoke to his district manager and said I need to take my car back to the dealership. As a said this information to me. The young man assisting the driver next two says, "How did the write the wrong filter used on that car!" I explained to the gentleman speaking with me, that I've always had the dealership change my oil. But do to time, I couldn't get in. I explained all my oil changes have been successful only the two times I come here do I need to return because of faulty filters. If you know you have faulty filters or that you can not use them with Jeep models, put a sign up and explain this. No harm. But they want service so bad you'll risk damaging my jeep! Then he notated my account, I guess saying don't service me in other words. But I decided in that moment I wasn't coming back. I was warned about quick oil change places and now I see why because the staff mainly doesn't know what they're doing. They may have only one real person who knows how to change the oil and the other people just know how to perform top off and plus sale. Nothing more. Lesson learned, I pray not an expensive lesson. So if you have a jeep product please do not go to this location because they seem to have faulty filters that do not work with your vehicle. $156, just to get an oil change and now a possible bigger issue. Oh! And they blamed the dealership because the service guy stated they are known for putting the filters on too tight and perhaps causing the wearing of my oil filter housing. I will not be returning to this location or any other Uncle Ed's locations. I may even reach out to the BBB because I rather had been turned away because you knew you had an issue with jeep vehicles rather than you took my money both occasions. I'm out of $300, in oil changes and face a possible $300- $1000, just to have the oil filter housing replaced. Driver be ware if you have a jeep vehicle.

  I been going here for years. My wife wanted to get her oil done. And they charged her $50 more than normal and first refused to use coupon then gave her $20 off still +30 more than normal. What because she's a woman they took advantage. That is BS.

  The price was kind of high, but I had to pay for it since everything is overpriced right now. The dealership is higher, but the economy is so high right now.
