- SMSunil MOct 16, 20265.0Great and fast service !
- PCpete ComfortSep 29, 20261.0Poor customer service after the sale. Purchased a certified used XC 60 from Martin in the end of June. There was/is a dent on the hood they promised to arrange to get fixed through our local dealership. We drove 3 hours to get this particular car. It has now been about 3 months and we still have the dent. I have tried to contact them, and sent emails the last 3 weeks...ghosted...no response. Very poor customer service after the sale. if you are considering purchasing from this dealership and are not local to them...I would advise you to re-consider, especially for a certified used Volvo
- CLChris LarsonSep 28, 20265.0Had my 40,000 mile check up here. They made it super easy; all the time estimates and cost assessments were correct. Good job.
- BYBen YusufSep 22, 20265.0I had great service at this dealership. I talked to Kaylee while I was out of the country to arrange for a repair at the end of lease return. Kaylee ordered the part, scheduled the service and facilitated the lease return with the help of Joseph. Great service from both Kaylee and Joseph!
