- AAabinlukasabraham1 day ago1.0This is specific to the service center. I took my Volvo which was under warranty at the time to get a problem fixed (car would randomly would not turn back on after stop start) which I researched and concluded was a common starter issue for these vehicles. The mechanic from lafontaine said it was related to the battery and wanted a hefty amount to change it. I recently changed the battery my self thinking it would resolve the issue but no, I was right, now it's out of warranty and am left with an expensive problem.

Specifically Brad took care of all of our needs and communicated frequently so we knew where our vehicle stood with their service. The service manager Joy also checked in with us to make sure our experience met our expectations. Beyond the service I want others to know that I don’t even own a Volvo, but this dealership was able to give me the best deal for new tires. I was always told to never get service at a dealership, however the team at LaFontaine Volvo showed me that that is an old paradigm. Do yourself a favor and check with LaFontaine Volvo for high level service and great prices.
