- LRLewis ReedFeb 2, 20264.0While the app was not working I was able to get someone on the phone everytime I needed charging help and they were nice and assisted fast. No hidden fees and no holds on my account like Red E charging station tried to take $50 before I even got my car charging (which never worked). I went to EVgo and one station had issues but once I called for help it was fast and I got my car charged in 30 min.
- SLShanice LandonMay 19, 20255.0EVgo is my favorite charging station. App is easy to use and navigate to make the charging process easy and simple. Any issues I’ve had with them have always been resolved. Would like for them to expand to more cities and locations!
