  Seriously dissappointed. I've been going to this location for nearly 35 years and this is the first time customer service fell on it's face: they gave me an Equinox with a facia completely covered in bugs. I took it home and used an enzyme formula which melted them like hot butter. I had the car eight hours, returned it, explained the condition it was in when I received it and awaited a modest reduction in price for my efforts. THey made a vague promised and said "Goodbye". Every great organization trends down eventually. Jack Taylor's family is asleep at the wheel.

  Malik Gill is an amazing salesman!!! Thank God for him. The Manager and her entire sales team at Enterprise are the best in the business. They helped me so much today and I love my new car!!! Thank you again guys. Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly, professional, courteous and hardworking. They truly go above and beyond and seem to genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend Enterprise to my friends and family!!! This place rocks!!!

  The staff are friendly and provide the level of service you’d expect from Enterprise. However, I wouldn’t recommend this location if you need to leave your personal vehicle overnight. They don’t offer overnight parking, and the nearby Busch’s may tow vehicles left there. The alternative they recommended was the Rite Aid lot, which is a bit of a walk and appears largely unused, so I wasn’t comfortable leaving my car there overnight.

  Too many promises for a van, and no communication with the online site to rent a van and local Enterprise locations The team members at the Farmington Hills, MI location were really good at getting us a van, when they were overbooked and not enough vans. The main company doesn't show availability to the local stores, just rent and maybe they might have one.

  I made a reservation and had to wait behind 8 others upon arrival. A car was signed out every 30 minutes because they had to clean the cars and I was told I’d have to wait an hour… what is the point of the reservation if it’s just going to be first come first serve in a huge line. Definitely not coming back to this location. UPDATE: I talked with another customer that was waiting for over 2 hours🤯🤬. I feel thankful I only had to wait an hour and 15 minutes but that’s still unacceptable.
