Amazing experience with Enterprise! The whole process was easy and hassle-free. I booked online, picked up a clean vehicle that was ready to go, and was on my way. The best part of my experience came when I unexpectedly needed to extend my rental for another two weeks. I called on the day I was supposed to return the car, and Brian answered the phone. He understood my situation, helped me extend the rental for two more weeks, and gave me a very reasonable rate. For such a last-minute change, I honestly wasn’t expecting the price to be that good. Returning the car was just as easy, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend Enterprise!

It is the worst Enterprise rental location; renting a vehicle here is always a hassle. The service is poor, and there are always huge lines with only one person at the counter.

Very disappointing experience with Enterprise at this location. They have horrible customer service. I rented a SUV and clearly told them I was traveling out of state. I picked it up around 5:30 PM on Friday, shortly before they closed. After getting home to grab my bags, I discovered the infotainment system had major issues. Navigation wasn’t working, Bluetooth would not connect properly, and Apple CarPlay didn’t work either wirelessly or with a cable. Since they were already closed and I urgently had to leave, I had no choice but to start my trip and rely separately on my phone for navigation. This was very troublesome and I tried exchanging the vehicle at Enterprise at Detroit Metro Airport and again at an Enterprise location in Chicago, but all of them in vain. I also contacted the Drake Road location, but they couldn’t provide a reasonable solution. To make things worse, when I returned the vehicle, an employee acknowledged the inconvenience and told me they would provide a certain amount of compensation. The manager later stepped in, reduced that amount significantly, and offered compensation that did not come close to reflecting the inconvenience and time wasted during this trip. Between receiving a vehicle with these issues, getting little help despite contacting multiple Enterprise locations, and then having the compensation changed after it was offered, the overall customer service and care were extremely disappointing. I expected much better from Enterprise.
