  Recently we went to Maryland , rented car from them in BWI airport, when we returned the car , in hurry left the phone in the car but we came back within 15 min asking for the phone and in hurry to catch the flight , the response of manager was if it’s that important u should have had it safe , I understand its mistake leaving it behind but the response was rude . Also they could not find it .. just 10 minutes My I phone 17 pro is gone , but my iPhone said my husband phone found last location was their rental location .we missed the flight , lost the phone and went through so much and enterprise didn’t even have courtesy to call back and update the situation after spending almost 4 hours in their rental facility. So please be careful with your personal belongings… had a bad experience with them , will never use Enterprise rental again

  I had to bring my car back early. I did not call ahead. They worked with me and did not charge me extra even though I was not reading time according to their policy.. I am grateful for their flexibility, and I will use them again with confidence for their integrity
