  Kristin at the Escanaba Store next to kwik trip has gone above and beyond to help with my mechanical problems I couldn't diagnose myself. She is very knowledgeable about vehicles and helped me.replace my battery under warranty and help start my vehicle. She is an amazing person and a hard worker!

  I've been shopping at this AutoZone for a long time, but ever since the new manager with the glasses took over, the customer service has gone downhill. I don't know why I kept giving this store more chances. The manager is consistently rude and unprofessional. Almost every time I'm in the store, I can hear her complaining about her job, talking about wanting to leave, and criticizing her employees where customers can hear it. It creates a negative atmosphere and doesn't inspire confidence in the store's leadership. Another employee, a shorter woman, often appears distracted and frequently seems to be on her phone instead of focusing on customers. The employee with the ponytail also has a habit of interrupting coworkers while they're already helping customers, taking over interactions instead of allowing them to do their jobs. It comes across as disrespectful to both the employees and the customers. The only positive experiences I've had recently have been with one of the male employees who wears glasses, and one of the newer guys, and another team member. They were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, it seems like the newer employees can't assist customers without the manager or the employee with the ponytail stepping in and micromanaging everything. My visit today was the final straw. I could tell one employee was clearly frustrated, and after speaking with him, it reinforced my impression that there are serious leadership and workplace issues at this location. I've decided I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the management problems at this store.

  The 2 girls Kristin and Kayla helped me so much. I had no clue what I was doing. They had extensive and impressive knowledge of my headlights. I will always go to them from now on. Thank yall so much!

  Excellent customer service very helpful..had a diagnostic test.. For my daughter's first car and we purchased the hardware to put on the license plate and they even installed the plate ,, excellent service, but I was very impressed and you made our day go very smoothly.I'm really grateful and thankful for that.Thank you so much.I should have taken a picture of her putting it on..
