We have older cars, drive a lot of miles and Charlie’s keeps us rolling on. Only shop we use every time we have a mechanical need. I appreciate their ability to fit us in. Get the job done in a reasonable time. Price is right. They also keep me informed of immediate service needs verses future needs which I appreciate so much.

Sandy is the perfect person to handle the customer ins and outs. She's friendly, funny, personable and understanding. She's always willing to answer any questions, no matter how silly. Sadly, I'm blanking on the actual mechanic's name, but he's incredibly efficient and overall just a pleasant person. The turn-around times have always been fantastic, and they work to get you the best price. Highly recommend this business, and will continue to use them for as long as I'm able!
