  Very frustrating experience. I confirmed multiple times before driving 45 minutes to this location and waiting there for 20 minutes, only to be told that no vehicles were available and my reservation could not be honored. This was completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. Reservations and customer communication need to be managed far more responsibly.

  Had reserved to be picked up for my reservation I did not get picked up, I did not get the car I reserved instead recieved a car that required maintenance and drove by itself. Had a long wait the salesman rather talk instead of taking me to the vehicle

  The guys here are so nice. I needed a pick up to get to my rental and they were able to accommodate that. Shout out to Dave for being my awesome chauffeur and Owen for running a great location! I'll be coming back to this location instead of Eastpointe from now on.

  My family reserved a vehicle months in advance for a road trip we took a couple of weeks ago. We needed a vehicle with 3 rows of seating, so we reserved a Chrysler Pacifica specifically. It suited our needs perfectly. I went to pick up the vehicle the night before our departure, only to be told, "yeah, we don't have any large vehicles available." I said, "no, no, we reserved this a long time ago, what are you talking about?". He said the best he could do was put us in a "large sedan". Are you kidding me?? I expressed that this was ridiculous. We were leaving the next morning and now didn't have a proper vehicle! He offered a SIXTEEN PASSENGER VAN. I decided to look at it regardless. I was in a panic, what were we going to do?? But before I could get close to the van, he retracted the offer and said "Nevermind, it's reserved." I was trying to not explode. He said we might have some luck if we tried Enterprise near the airport. (seriously??). He blamed this situation on recalls and high reservation requests. But I called Enterprise on Gratiot in Clinton Township and they got me in a large, 3 row seating vehicle within a half hour with no reservation. This location in Eastpointe is obviously not doing their job properly. And the careless, nonchalant attitude made it worse. Absolutely horrible

  When I first pull up I said ok, They have everything out here. Then when I walk in I was greeted by Randy with nothing but good vibes. Very respectable and a helpful person. I just had did a reservation that morning with the operator. And the team couldn’t find it but guess what they help me set up another reservation in 5 minutes and I got my truck and I was off to work in 20 minutes. And it was because I had so many choices to choose from. 4/9 This morning I woke up to talk to Kayla because it was time for me to return and he help me. He was real kind and helpful and got me set up again. There the best go see them if u need a car will not over charge u either. When I say Dream Team there the best. Keep up the good work to the whole staff. Yall have a wonderful thing going on the staff all work together.
