  Mickey and Evans at the MSU Campus location were extremely helpful and professional. This was my first time visiting Valvoline, and the whole experience was smooth, fast, and well organized. They clearly explained the services performed on my vehicle, answered my questions patiently, and made recommendations without being pushy. The oil change and filter replacements were completed efficiently, and the overall customer service was excellent. I really appreciated their friendly attitude and professionalism. I would definitely return for future maintenance.

  The employees and managers were fantastic! They informed me of what my vehicle may need or would benefit from without being pushy. Quick, thorough service. I highly recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change and would visit here again!

  I don’t remember the names of the employees who were all working today (4/30/2026) but they were so kind and helpful with everything. I had to come back because my air was making a whistling sound and they figured it all out and helped to find what the issue was. Thank you all for your help and kind-fullness!!!!

  Went there this morning and the 3 men who were their are outstanding!! They worked very well together and very professional quick service thanks! They all deserve a raise!
