- DMDavid McGowan1 day ago1.0Technician stripped out the threads to my engine air filter box with his screw gun. 2 of my 5 screws no longer hold any tensions to keep my air box secured. Had to listen to their technicians shit talking the entire time I was waiting to get my oil change done. Will not be going here no matter how conveniently located they are.
- FHfred hingstSep 27, 20265.0Came in early on a Sunday Morning for the Signature Full Synthetic Oil Change and couldn’t be happier. Three technicians worked on the truck and gave top notch service with a smile !
- PSPhil SamsonSep 26, 20265.0Great experience at the new Jiffy Lube in DeWitt! Aaron Allwardt was awesome to work with—super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured into anything I didn’t need. Really impressed with the customer service and the overall experience. Definitely recommend the DeWitt location, and make sure to ask for Aaron!
- LDLaurie DennisSep 25, 20261.0WIT L having a special, and have you sign up for all this crap to send you a coupon for a conventional oil? Change even though you can't use it while you're there. It says it expires on the second, but you can't use it until the second so. Nice, I'm going to Valvoline.
- JDjohn doeSep 18, 20261.0Had a coupon for $30 off that they gladly accepted. Surprisingly after they took my card & charged it, I find I paid full price. $113 for an oil change. That's more than the dealership charges, & somehow at the dealership I get everything short of a happy ending(they even wash your car). Jiffy didn't even top off the washer fluid. Nothing else. Trash service. Most places are also going through the top end & vacuuming out oil. It's also what I do at home to avoid possible damage to the oil pan. This place does not. Guess I had to come learn what Jiffy lube was all about. Even trash talked Valvoline while I was there, yet this is the business that gave me reason to doubt.
