- CPCalvin Charles PickettAug 28, 20201.0Michael Litt and Carrie are clearly prejudice and racist. Carrie told me I was combative and scary based on the fact I’m black. The marina was sold to safe Safe Harbor and after a long talk with Ryan Roggeman they have chose to follow suit with the same policy of prejudice and racism and will not renew my contract. To all the people that don’t like the practice of racism in our community please steer clear of this place.
