  DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. This was the worst experience. Getting out was impossible and took nearly an hour at night. The kiosk screen would not read the QR code from the ParkWhiz App. We tried my phone and my daughters. The phone numbers listed on the attendant guardhouse are either not valid or the people who answer say they do not work for the garage and can’t help you. They suggest contacting help through the kiosk screen which no one answers. I tried 17 times to contact someone through the kiosk. I have learned my lesson and will tell everyone who is willing to listen.

  Easy in and out, spaces seemed a little tight. Clean and well lit.

  Booked with the parkwhiz app for a baseball game. Almost cancelled the reservation when I read the reviews but we had zero issues entering or exiting the garage. Nice distance from the ballpark if you want to walk around downtown for a bit and explore before the game

  Dirty dirty and tight drive through the garage however I haven't had any issues with my vehicle getting messed up so 🤷🏼‍♂️

  This has always been my go-to garage for parking in Detroit. Usually no problems. Clean, safe lot. However, this Saturday night I went out & came back to get my car & both the entrance & the exit were completely closed. The number listed is out of service. There is no way to contact. I was only able to get in when some security lady from the building next-door responded to me punching a million buttons. When I asked why it was completely closed off she only said “ I can’t answer that”. Which is fine. Not on her. But it is terrifying to not be able to get to your car after a night out. I circled the building & by that time of night there was not a single open entrance. I was certain my car was gone for the night. Be super cautious!!!!!!
