Everyone is cool at this location. Shoutout to Jayde is my favorite. She has great customer service… very attentive to our needs even when it’s busy, she knows how to cut down time and the line. Owen is very cool and helpful as well and the other young man there at this location. Shoutout to them for giving great service.

Great service. Busy busy place but the crew there handles it well. Speedy checkout and the same for returns. I'll be back ... definitely

Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I booked a luxury car in advance, only to receive a call on the same day of my rental telling me that the location did not actually have any luxury vehicles available. If the location doesn’t offer the vehicle category that customers are allowed to reserve, that should be made clear at the time of booking—not on the day of pickup. This left me scrambling to make other arrangements and completely defeated the purpose of making a reservation in advance. I expected much better communication and service from Enterprise. I would strongly recommend confirming directly with the location that the vehicle you reserve is actually available before relying on the reservation

this was the worst rental experience that I have ever had with you guys. I won't say that it was enterprise as a whole, but I will say. The Detroit airport area gave me my worst experience and worst car that I've ever gotten from enterprise and I've even bought A car from them so I don't understand why my experience was so terrible
