  Don’t waste your time trying to give this location business. Their representatives don’t take your patronage seriously. Oh and if you call and hear “Chris” will be putting you on a brief hold, it won’t be brief! You’ll be on the phone indefinitely. You may try to call back in an hour or two (maybe they were busy then?), but you’ll be told the same thing, by the same person, and placed on an even longer hold. The worst part is, “Chris” doesn’t even give you a chance to respond before you’re put on on “hold” (emphasis added; because a hold implies you’ll be addressed, and “brief” means just what it implies). How dare you try to give them business??

  Booked a car. Arrived to pick up the car and Chris Black would not rent to me as it was a one-way. Asked for a ride to the airport. No. Asked for an Uber to the airport. No. Missing my meeting because of this inept store manager.

  Customer Service is great here, especially if you're working with Chris. I've been renting a vehicle here for a couple months and they've been wonderful throughout the entire process.

  Had a 5pm reservation. I was late picking up by 15-20min so I completed on the paperwork online prior to pickup so it would be smooth. Due to staff shortage I had to wait 40min for a clean vehicle. We conducted the walk through. Vehicle was a bit over deordorize due to excessive smoke and body odor smell along with burn holes in both the driver and passenger seats. There customer service though is friendly and do their best for the customer. Timing, availability and condition of cars definitely could work to this locations advantage.
