I called like it said and she like oh the door is unlocked just come in(tone nasty)! Mind you I’m literally reading and following their policies that are taped to the door.I come in say good morning and let her know I’m Coming to get car out impound and need tow services since registration and insurance has lapsed! She gives me the dirtiest look and She tells me you can’t get your truck since registration is expired. I said no ma’am that’s not what the officers told me ! Then her coworker in the back was like that’s not true just have her show you she the owner on sos site ! $85 just to get towed to address down the street. She was RUDE, didn’t have great active listening and/or communication skills ….. nasty for no reason .
