My customer service was exceptional this time, because of a Lady that is petite and where glasses. A week before, I had came in here with a bulb for my brakelight. An older gentleman with glasses had help me, and was very rude. Yesterday, I had needed another blub. When I enter the store, I told them just point me to the lightblubs. I hand a Lady with glasses the blub, she was "Very Polite and Considerate". I wish I knew her name

I went to auto zone and tried to purchase the sway bars for my trunk, I attempted to pay with my card, they said the amount wasn't on there so I said, take what's on there and I'll pay the rest cash as I always do everywhere else, the cashier said she couldn't do that and that it would take 10 days for them to put my money back on my card. That's was a lie the date was 6/14 or 7/14, 2006 and today is the 25th of September and my money still haven't been placed back on that card is Upshaw. Is this a scam? Don't use your card at auto zone cause you'll get got trying to buy their products, you loose when you shop here, they don't do refunds. I'll be reporting this matter to the BBB. They're taking advantage of us, so be careful everyone when shopping here. They took over $30 which is so petty being a business corporations, they take your money quickly and if something doesn't go right you loose, you can't get a refund, you just loose without making a purchase, especially females, that's why people be stealing from them cause they're stealing from us. I'll shop some where else. Not at auto zone anymore. A very unsatisfied regular customer 😒Thank God it wasn't more
