Calling and constantly checking for the status of my rental( called me several times for updates) Once I arrived at the location. I could see how much Brady and Zach worked in accordance with each other to get everyone’s needs met. They have an abundance of recall vehicles at that site and a few units that needed repairs to be switched with clean units from their repair shop NOT ONE STEP MISSED. To see how aggressively they worked as a team to complete all task was worth a GREAT review. Upon return. I spoke with JAY who was very helpful in the return process. Accurately inspecting a vehicle to be released to a customer as well as inspecting mine for return. Even though he was busy he still took the time out to inquire about my rental experience. And noticed I went to a funeral so he sincerely and genuinely showed respect and condolences for it. Not just the standard sayings. You can tell his condolence was from his character as a person. Which is a great asset when dealing with the public the things that aren’t expected are always the things that stand out. He has a great personality to be an asset to your company. Keep up the excellent work GREEN TEAM I will definitely rent there again. I didn’t just get a rental I got an experience. A great one at that
