  I checked in ahead of time and arrived shortly after my reservation time. It took about a half hour to get my rental and leave with it. The gentleman working the counter responded angrily when I noted my wait and asked if they could forgo the full car cleaning because I was running behind schedule to a meeting. He accused me of exaggerating my wait time until I showed him the timestamp on my Uber drop-off. Leave a lot of extra time if you need to be someplace.

  I reserved a car with Enterprise for two days. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff demanded a physical passport, despite the confirmation documents clearly stating only a driver's license and valid payment method were required. When I explained that returning to my hotel to bring the passport would cost an extra $40–$50 in Uber fares, I requested to use their service pickup service. The representative refused, claiming they were "understaffed" and could not help. Due to their lack of clear communication in the reservation terms and complete unwillingness to accommodate or assist with their own advertised services, I was forced to cancel my reservation. Extremely frustrating experience and very poor customer support. Would not recommend.

  Everyone at this location were amazing! They went above and beyond to accommodate me at the last minute when another rental company let me down. This will be my first choice from now on.

  Used to be a great location. It's really fallen off in recent years. Hour long waits are regular, even to drop off a car. Better to drive a few extra miles for a rental place that won't waste your day
