  Staff was friendly but company doesn't make rules clear enough so you could have some issues when you go to pick up your rental makesure your license address is up to date or they will require other documentation

  They called to tell us our reserved vehicle may not be available and to call back. We did and the representative told me it was fine and we just needed to bring ID and payment for the pick up. When we arrived she showed us a wagoneer that “they had set aside for us but needed service”. She said the same thing to everyone in front of us. There were no large SUVs at all. Nobody there was getting a 7-seater vehicle. We ended up leaving. But this place is just awful. So disorganized and generally disgusting. Unpleasant environment and people. Ineffective and incompetent staff. They would have received a better review if they had straight up just canceled our reservation. Because who would want to stand in this building waiting for an hour just to be told they don’t the item they reserved a month in advance. The only silver lining is we didn’t end up spending any money with enterprise and plan to keep it that way forever based on this experience.

  The office in Dearborn, Michigan on Greenfield Road has the best guys to work with. Jay, Zach, Brady and Harvey were quick and efficient. We had a tire issue while on our trip and they followed up with me and handled the approval for the tire quickly. Making all the appropriate phonecalls in a timely manner. I will say they are under paid and deserve a raise. While picking up our car on day 1, they had a few customers give them attitudes and they stayed professional. Only down fall for Enterprise is your 3rd party associations, such as the tow company sent to my aid and Pep Boys. Otherwise I am 100% satisfied and won't take that as a reflection of the company as a whole but would recommend that you seek more reliable sources when outsourcing repairs, etc. Again though, I cannot speak any higher about Jay, Zach, Brady and Harvey! Class act guys!!

  Brady was a tremendous help with assisting me in renting a car. He was professional, efficient, and made sure I was completely comfortable before I pulled off the lot. He took the time to answer my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Because of the excellent customer service Brady provided, I will definitely choose this location every time. Working with Brady was truly a breeze!

  I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Enterprise location as a foreign traveler. We made a reservation a full week in advance and even completed the online check-in process to ensure everything would go smoothly. However, when we arrived on the pickup date, we were shocked to find out they had canceled our reservation entirely. Their excuse? We didn't answer a phone call. As international travelers, we don't always have immediate access to local phone service, and canceling a confirmed booking over a missed call is absurd. Worse still, the staff showed zero professionalism or empathy. They left us completely stranded without offering any solutions, alternatives, or backup vehicles to rent. If you are a traveler—especially from abroad—do not rely on this place. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and left us in a horrible situation. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
