  Lucas took great care of us getting on the road with very short notice and Johnny took exceptional care of us upon returning. We've been pleased with all of our experiences here and plan to use this location for our families future rental needs. Thanks Lucas and Johnny!

  Three times in a row I rented a car from them and it always smells bad. They allow people to smoke in the car and you have to bring it back and wait. There is always 1 person when 2 or 3 should be on the counter. Service is good but they need help and better management.

  LUCAS AND JOHNNY! Thank you guys so much, I appreciate your help and also your sales knowledge. These two under so much pressure in the lobby with about 10 people in there with not much space to breathe still held their composure even getting yelled at and disrespected at moments. Big ups to you guys, and I hope you guys keep climbing in your careers.

  The customer service here at the Dearborn location is exceptional. I needed a car while mine was in the collision shop. It’s a very busy location but each customer is treated with respect and professionalism. They make sure each person feels important.Even when they were short staffed they did whatever they could to make the customer happy. Working the front desk and going back to clean and wash the cars always with a smile. Johnny& Lucas went above and beyond for me and I witnessed them do the same with other customers. If I could give them higher than a 5 star I would give them 100!

  I ALWAYS have an excellent experience with Enterprise! Because of Ace, Reem, Johnny, and Lucas. They are all extremely professional and patient. They make every rental process smooth and stress-free. Always going above and beyond to provide great customer service. It’s rare to find a team that works so well together and makes customers feel valued. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate all of their help and would highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for outstanding service.
