  Very disappointing experience. The car I originally reserved was not available when I arrived, and I was forced to downgrade to a different vehicle after waiting around 45 minutes. To make matters worse, the car smelled strongly of smoke even though there were clear no-smoking signs on the dashboard. The whole process was frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely not the quality or service I expected from Enterprise which I always rent from. When I returned the car at a different location, I mentioned those things and they said they will waive the whole transaction and get me a free upgrade next time I rent enterprise! But after couple days I got a call from customer service to check how my experience was and I also vented about what happened, they apologized but said there is nothing about a free upgrade or waiving the transaction since I did not have a good experience! But they promised I will get a free upgrade for sure; this person was very nice and apologized for the bad experience I had. Thank you. I will definitely rent from enterprise because they still are really good but not from this branch or Michigan all together, I think!

  Enterprise car rental you have an amazing team running your franchise. From Ahmed to Jonathon to Reem and the rest of the team they are all professional at what they do. They care and are willing to assist you with all of your needs even when the place you leased your car from failed. I would like to thank this location in particular for showcasing professionalism in the upmost customer service skills. Keep shining team!!!!

  This location is the worst. They never have cars when you arrive. The last 3 attempts have failed when I had reservations. This time I called and asked Lucas if they had a car and he assured me they did. When I got there no car again. I had to give up on enterprise and start using Hertz few buildings down

  Very bad experience I booked a vehicle and I got a confirmation for an emergency i came in the morning to pick up the vehicle and they said we don’t have one do not count on this company that confirmation means nothing

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I made a reservation for a van on April 24, and my booking was confirmed a month in advance. However, when I arrived, I was told that no vans were available and was given a Hyundai Tucson instead. This is not an equivalent replacement. I specifically booked a van because I needed the space for my family and luggage. A smaller SUV does not meet those needs. What’s most frustrating is that there was no prior notice, no proper explanation, and no real effort to offer a suitable solution or compensation. This situation caused inconvenience and stress, especially after planning ahead. I expected much better service from a company like Enterprise. I hope the company takes responsibility and improves how they handle confirmed reservations in the future.
