  Lucas ,Johnny and Allie were a great help. Hertz employees down the street were lazy i had to wait 10 plus mins till someone came out the back. and didn't have my rental so I went to enterprise down the street. They didn't have it either but had a better available options. And people who actually were at the desk. Just would've liked my jeep wrangler

  Seems like every time we rent a car from them they never have the one that we paid for and requested. End up giving us something else and then making us come back and exchange it once they have the one we actually requested and paid for. Very frustrating! Why aren't more people reliable!

  I had a great experience with the entire team at Enterprise on Kean St in Dearborn! Everyone was very patient, friendly, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable, and were so easy to talk to throughout the whole process. I really appreciate the great customer service from the entire team. Thank you all for making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. I definitely recommend this location!

  Lucas is a liar he needs to be fired. He forge my signature on the rental car agreement. I am going to sue enterprise for him, forge my signature, then turning around and lying on me about additional damages that was on this vehicle previously before I got the vehicle vehicle needed a tie rod or something I told Luc that immediately after driving the truck I called the next day in told them about the driving issue when I got it. I barely drive the vehicle all of a sudden they’re trying to charge me for the damages of the vehicle that were there previously. I am so upset this day receiving these lies, and this big pack of lies damages on my name to where I’m going to sue this company .enterprise you forge my signature now you’re lying on my name see you in court . Lair Luc. You should be ashamed of yourself not only did you commit a crime by forge my signature you’re lying on my name in trying to charge my name I will make sure your supervisor and everyone knows that you never provided me with the rental car agreement and you forge my signature. On camera in your shop, I did not sign anything. I did not sign anything in general I didn’t received a piece of paperwork from you I called your office in I have it on record when I told you there was something wrong with the alignment I didn’t kno exactly but it was driving like a old broken vehicle I told you that .

  I had an excellent experience at the Enterprise location on Kean Street in Dearborn. Lucas and Allison were extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. They greeted me with a smile and made the entire rental process quick, smooth, and stress-free. They helped me get in and out in no time and made sure everything was taken care of. I’m very satisfied with the service they provided and truly appreciate their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking to rent a car.
