  I paid $140 for an oil change and tires rotate, they didn't check my air pressure and didn't set my settings back on my dashboard. They also didn't top off my fluids. I had to stop and put air on my tire this morning. I'm so upset about this 😒 😕

  I had a terrible experience at Belle Tire. I feel like I was scammed because I was charged far more than I expected, and the pricing wasn’t explained clearly. To make matters worse, my car was damaged while it was in their care, and they didn’t take responsibility for it. I expected honest service and professional work, but instead I left feeling overcharged, frustrated, and disappointed. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Make sure you get everything in writing and inspect your vehicle carefully before leaving.

  if i could give no stars i would they don’t know how to fix a wheel alignment or torque bolts the manger well says he is what a joke

  Took my 2010 Journey in for a alignment, they found that my my lower control arm was cracked so they ended up replacing it. Picked up my car and drove home about 2 blocks away and all i heard was popping and cracking noises. Ended up taking my car the next morning to a real auto shop and they told me all the bolts were loose and that the control arm was bent, I Had to spend even more money to get that fixed the right way. Called belle tire and of course they tell me oh we didn't hear any noise when we put the car back in the parking lot. Yeah right a deaf person could have heard those noises. They are incompetent and couldn't care less of what they left me with. I wouldn't take my car there for anything
