  I had a oil changed done at Bell Tire a few months ago and my vehicle recently started showing change engine oil. I still have over 2000 miles left before my next oil change. I usually take it to the dealership didn't feel like driving out there. I wish I would have made that trip. My husband checked the oil and it was low so I called and asked why was my oil saying it's low they said to come in and they would check it out. I also didn't see any oil in my driveway. I sit for about 1 hrs before looking at it and they claim it has a leak. I truly believe instead of fixing the problem like adding the oil they created another one. When I asked him why was there no oil in my driveway or anywhere I parked he said it's not coming from the engine. Well another excuse I will never bring any of my vehicle there and tell everyone else not to bring their vehicles to these crooks.

  I dont advise anyone to go to this location, they make you wait for a ling time for no reason

  worst customer service ever. i called in early morning asking how long it would be for a free inspection and i was told to come on in the guys aren't doing much. so i go in, i ask again how long will it be im told ill be the next car in the bay, there's only 2 people ahead of me waiting, and when i drove by before parking there were a few open bays and the guys were sitting inside playing on their phones. i waited 40 min while my car sat in the same spot i parked it and when i asked again how long it would be he said "uhhhhhhhh i dont know maybe another 20-25 min to get it in the bay and looked at" so i left. wasted my time

  They fixed a flat for free, so I trusted them. Today I took my car there, after calling them. I said I likely needed a couple of bushings replaced on my anti-roll bar. I gave them my car key and said I would go to a diner across the street for lunch, where I also spent about 40 minutes working on my laptop. When I came back, I saw that my car hadn't been moved. They told me I had one car ahead of me still and that they would pull mine in for a diagnosis soon (which, they said, would cost me $75, which would be credited toward the repair cost if I had them do the work). Five hours after I brought my car to them, they hadn't even looked at it. I asked for the keys and left. I've had work done on my car there before. They were okay. But the staffing they have there strikes me as disinterested and disorganized. There are men standing around by the hour doing nothing, but occasionally answering a phone call. They are not the least bit solicitous of their customers. Nobody comes and tells you the status of your vehicle or where it is in the "pipeline" of vehicles they have there. (There were empty stands in the garage clearly visible through the windows.) Where's the management in this picture? Where's the bossman riding herd on this operation? Nowhere to be seen. I have waited a long time for service on my car at this Belle Tire before. I did so because they are close by and a convenient drive from my home. I will never come here again if I can help it. I'm done with Belle Tire on Telegraph in Dearborn Heights. Finished. Adios.

  Needed air in tire. Air compressor is working and ready for self use. Inattentive employees/techs. Location of air compressor is on the side of the bldg on the opposite end of the free air sign. Location looks to be clean.
