  I've been going to Monro for a couple years & I've never had a bad experience. Recently my jeep wouldn't start. Thought I needed new battery. Nope they said it still has a lot of charge on it. They charged it up & put a new battery in my key fob. For free. I love this place. I trust them completely. Highly recommend

  The call center is a joke so I didn’t have high hopes for the company itself. I was forced into making an appointment and then my call dropped on the transfer to the store. I was debating on even going in but within five minutes of making my appointment I did get a call from Pam to get my tire size and to adjust my appointment time. She gave me a quote which was very reasonable and she was super informative, polite and pleasant on the phone. When I got to the store, Richard was super polite and got me checked in and taken care of pretty quickly. The guys in the back were wonderful and they informed me that I had a minor oil leak and that I my brakes needed to be done so I had them done while I was there. They had a special and I got a great price. I’d say the only drawback is that call center. They are pushy and only want to make the appointment despite the callers frustration. I repeatedly asked to speak to somebody in the store and they lie to you and tell you that they are. I’m not reviewing them or it would be zero.

  I went to Munro Tire in Davison to plug a flat or purchase a new tire depending on what was needed. I felt more like a burden than a customer. Not very welcomed and told I will need to come back.i thought about the attitude I was receiving and said nevermind, I will head over to Discount Tire and thank goodness it was the best decision ever. It was so welcoming to be greeted and treated nicely. I had all four tires replaced and in and out in 20 minutes!!

  This place is Awesome! I broke down on a Saturday night and they waited for me to get there after the imlay city location screwed me and closed early after I told them I was on my way. I highly recommend Davison location. Great, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and hard working!

  Your company double books cancels my appointment and then hung up on me because I don’t want to reschedule for 3 days later. Must have some children working there with those types of manors.
