  I went in this morning to have my brakes redone. Imagine my surprise when they said I didn't need brake repairs yet and bring my car back around October. They did do a tune up on my car. I will definitely have them do the work on my car that they do. I really appreciate their hones

  The brake job was ok they took off my driver side rear wheel to check the bake brakes and they put the tire back on and did not tighten the lugs down and cause of that it broke one of my lug.

  My husband had his front brakes done on 6/22/26. His back tires were taken off to inspect back breaks. Staff did not tighten lugg nuts and he noticed the tires wobbling after a few days and a lug nut snapped off. We will not be back.

  When I called to make an appointment, 2 o’clock was available. I chose the appointment and proceeded to bring in my truck with a flat tire. I then received a call from Pam who said that my 2 o’clock appointment was not valid because they had a skeleton crew and if I wanted my tire fixed, I would have to drop it off. When I dropped off my tire at approximately 1:45 I was told that they would call me when it was done. Please remember that I had a 2 o’clock appointment which was confirmed. At 5 o’clock I called as I had heard nothing from them. And Pam told me that my tire would not be ready until after six. When I pressed her on my 2 o’clock appointment, she was very rude. When I came in at 6 o’clock. My tire was ready. The Young technician who had worked on the tire was kind enough to put the tire on the truck as well as replace my spare. I gave him a $20 tip as he was the nicest person. I found Pam to be offputting and rude. I would give the service of the technician a five star review, but as Pam was the face of the business, and was so rude. I only gave it three stars.
