  Nick at the Davison Enterprise was absolutely excellent. We had a complicated situation with our reservation and needed a 15-passenger van for a family trip to Florida. Nick went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had the vehicle we needed. He was professional, friendly, kept his word, and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything worked out for us. Customer service like that makes a huge difference, especially when you’re trying to get a big family trip started! Thank you, Nick, for making sure our vacation started off right! Highly recommend this location because of the service we received from him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Got car there friendly staff but car had nail in tire when I got it they just put air in tire when I picked it up had to take back when I got home and tire was going flat again

  The only place we will go to for a rental car when we need one. We have rented from this location Multiple times and we always have such a great experience. Either last minute or weeks in advance he does everything he can to accommodate our family. Won’t go anywhere else for a rental car.

  After Enterprise was closed on Friday, I had a last minute trip I needed to make on Monday, and I was hoping to leave early. I tried to schedule using their web site, but it was having issues, so I had to call instead. The person I spoke to was extremely difficult to understand, but with much repetition we ended the call with a confirmation number. I went in on Monday and they didn't have any reservation for me anywhere. However, an appropriate car had just been dropped off and with a quick cleaning (1 hour lost), I was off. I understand that it was last minute and they had computer issues and knowing this I did go early and made it on time. I think the man who assisted me did the best he could considering the circumstances. Also he took the time to familiarize me with the vehicle, so I do appreciate that. All in all, if I needed a vehicle again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Enterprise again.
