  I don’t leave reviews very often, but I felt genuinely compelled to leave one after my experience here. I want to specifically recognize Andre York, who was extremely polite, patient, ambitious, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only is he skilled working on vehicles, but he’s also impressively compassionate and very easy to talk to. That kind of genuine kindness and professionalism is honestly hard to find today. I also want to acknowledge Shift Manager Dante, who was equally courteous, efficient, skilled, and professional. The team on 68th Street clearly works very well together and treats customers with dignity and respect. Hands down, this was the best oil change experience I’ve had, and I’m 30 years old and have been to plenty of places over the years — Valvoline, Uncle Ed’s, Take 5, local mechanics, and other oil change shops. This was by far the most pleasant, honest, and comfortable interaction I’ve experienced. Valvoline has an excellent crew at the 68th Street location in the Byron Center/Cutlerville area right off US-131. I will absolutely recommend others to this team and continue coming back myself because not only is it close to my house, but they consistently provide genuinely great service. If I could give more than five stars, I would give ten. I’m a busy person and usually don’t take the time to stop and leave reviews. Normally, if I appreciate someone’s work, I simply thank them in person and move on with my day. So if you’re reading this, know that this review was sincerely earned. To Valvoline management: please recognize Andre York and the rest of the crew for the excellent work they’re doing. They represent your company very well. Thank you very much, Andre.   As a team , they explained everything they did completely and thoroughly and when they asked about extras and I said no, there was no extra pressure., just a kind smile!

  Great service, but very busy at a Saturday opening. A bit pricey so find a coupon. But its high quality service.

  Great customer service. Mose was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous as were all the members of his team that were there; Jaden, Desmond, and Dante. Just a great team!

  Jaden, Andre, & Desmond all took care of me during my visit today and were very kind and knowledgeable, did not force sell me on anything and the service was quick clean and as expected!
