- RHRandy Hawkins2 days ago1.0Was told they had my back wiper in stock for my 2013 Chevy Traverse. Technician had a hard time installing and got the Manager to install. Just tried cleaning my back window and heard scraping in the glass. Check it out when I got home and noticed the wiper blade looked too short. Looked up on line and said it took a 12 “ and took the one off they installed and it was 11”. Wrong blade. Also manager went to replace my in cabin air filter behind my glove box and took forever for him to get it lined up to close properly. Got the impression that he just wanted it closed regardless if it was not on the track. Will never go to Valvoline oil change again anywhere. Cris Hawkins
- RBRandall BradleyJul 15, 20261.0I went here and got an oil change. During the oil change I said what is that glass cylinder in front of my vehicle. They say they pump the oil out through that. I researched it and doing that leaves 3/4 of a quart of oil in you vehicle along with the metal shavings and slug. I complained and they said they should have asked if that was okay. The next time I go I asked to have the drain plug pulled and the manager gave me attitude and said OKAY? He then told the employee what I requested and he gave me a duty look. I should not have to deal with this when I’m the customer. I will never ever go back there again!!!

Idiot light came on; I went to ValvoInstOilChange to resolve the oil change light; to thank the pickup owner I took the ValvoInstOilChng team's suggestions to change fluids, all filters, aired tires, wiperblades, front and rear differnetial, etc. Cabin filter hadn't been changed since 2018! LOL!! YUUUUCK Good to go, now!
