  Lack of communication replace parts that didn't need replaced truck broke down on the way home I'm stuck with another tow bill and parts are not warrantied again they keep dancing around my warranty replacing partson my truck then are supposed to be under warranty but they turned the claim down I recommend find another dealership for repairs Ford's a great truck just hard to find good mechanics to work on them Benton Bakers great people just poor mechanics

  I thought the customer service advisor exceeded any expectations. Matt was very helpful and considerate and definitely made the difficulty of having car issues, more tolerable.

  Took my 2015 F-150 in for warranty work. Picked it up with "service engine fault" It didn't have when we brought it in. Need to make appointment for diagnostics. Not! Tech said it was on. His word vs ours. Regret taking it in. Caution!

  Excellent purchase process! My Salesperson at Baker Ford in Coopersville, Michigan was Allie Baker. She listened to my wants as far as color, equipment and a price that I did not want to exceed. She found the perfect truck, the right color, the right price and with a few features I didn't specify, but I'm happy I got them. (Power seat, trailer hitch) She arranged for my new truck to get there the same day and I drove it home the next day! It's my second Maverick XLT and I love it!
