  I've only gone here when I get a letter about a part recall for my Focus. It's always been so quick with minimal paperwork and I always get more information about my car than required for the repair with absolutely zero push to spend more money. I wish I could remember his name, but the man who received me and serviced my car was far more helpful than he needed to be. I had a migraine and he made sure to tell me where I could sit that was quietest and darkest, chatted with me a bit after the work was done, and offered to let me sit in the quiet longer if I needed. I'm very used to leaving mechanics with bad experiences or knowing I was stuck being overcharged or pitched to, and it is always so refreshing to have such positive experiences at Baker.

  Our son is a GVSU student and lives several hours away from us. He had hit a pothole and gotten a flat tire and bent the rim. I called Baker Ford and Terry Spetoskey in service was a life saver. He got our son’s car in right away and they were able to get him a ride back to his apartment. Terry was so nice and kept in great contact with me and my son about what was happening the entire time. Terry was very reassuring and just a pleasure to work with. It can be hard having your kids far away when they need help but this turned out to be such a non stressful situation once I called Baker Ford.

  I have had so many problems getting my 2025 Black widow serviced by so many Dealers. This dealer took the problem excuse my French, but by the balls and is handling every single problem that I have dealing with Fox factory is easy once you get past your original purchase dealer I regret not buying my truck from Baker Ford. I also regret buying a truck out of state Matt Babcock and Bob, the general manager are two of the most amazing people I’ve met in my life. These guys are making my life so much easier by handling these problems for me. I cannot say enough about this dealership. I will be buying every single car I buy from Baker Ford and I will never have my truck serviced by any other dealership ever again thank you so much Matt. Thank you so much Bob and thank you so much to the service team at Baker Ford if I could give 10 stars, I would.

  The staff was pleasant and even comical at times. There was no sales pressure and I never got that rabbit in in a room full of eagles feeling. I would have given 5 stars but I ordered a carpet delete on my truck and it had carpet. Other than that it was a great experience. We will use these guys again. Next time I want a free ford hat😁
